¿Por qué Málaga?
Under the leadership of Spanish energy company Endesa, in collaboration with government of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, the Málaga SmartCity initiative was launched in 2009. The SmartCity project is worldwide initiative in which many international cities are participating, while the pioneering project in Spain aims to introduce a new urban energy management model to improve energy efficiency, reduce CO2 emissions and shift consumption to renewable energies.

エネルギー消費効率化、二酸化炭素排出削減、再生可能エネルギーへのシフトなど、予算€3100万をかかげ消費者が直面する環境の変化に包括的に対応することを目指しているそうです。すごい＾＾❢
La ciudad Málaga fue elegido como un lugar para el proyecto porque es considerado como ideal para satisfacer todos los requisitos por su éxito, incluyendo potencial de crecimiento, gran capacidad tecnológico, universidades y negocios, apoyo fuerte del gobierno, y infraestructure eléctrico excelente.
スマートシティとしての重要構成要素は、スマートグリッド、再生可能エネルギー、太陽電池、風力発電、スマートビル、スマートハウス、電気自動車、都市開発などなど。
2011年3月、新エネルギー・産業技術総合開発機構(NEDO)は、スペインでのスマートコミュニティ実証事業において、三菱商事, 三菱重工業, 日立製作所を委託先として決定したことを発表しました。CO2削減効果が見込める交通と電力分野を中心に日本のスマートコミュニティの技術実証を行うもので、マラガのプロジェクトと連携することになったようです★
Recently, the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) announced that it selected three companies; Mitsubishi Corporation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Hitachi, in a single proposal to participate in its Smart Community System Demonstration Project in Spain.
The project is designed to demonstrate smart community-related technologies focusing on the transportation and power sectors, where a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions can be expected.
Las tres compañías japonésas, Mitsubishi Corporación, Mitsubishi Industria Pesada, y Hitachi participarán en lo proyecto para demostrar la técnica japonésa en colaboración con Málaga, principalmente en el campo de transporte y electricidad.

風力発電が、クリーンで安全といわれていますが、私たちが必要とする電力を確保するには相当な発電量が必要みたいです。日本は風力の定価格買い取り制度(Feed-in Tariff)への取り組みを長期間、進めてきませんでした。でも、今回の原発問題をきっかけに国の方向性にも進展があるかもしれません。
一方、太陽光電力には、日本も既に定価格買い取り制度を導入していて、世界でも、ドイツ、スペインに続いて第３の最大太陽光電力生産国です！ただ、現実的には、このような再生エネルギーで規模を確保するのは大変そうですし、実際に風や日光、かなりのスペースが常に必要となると、課題は多そうです。
It is said that wind power is clean and safe, but seems that considerable amount has to be generated to sercure the amount that we need. Also, the Japanese government has stalled the wind-power feed-in tariff for long time. Hopefully the discussion will get started to make some progress.
On the other hand, Japan has already introduced the feed-in tariff for solar power, and in fact is the third largest solwer power producer following Germany and Spain. Having said that, it seems difficult to secure scale of renewable enegry considering necessity to rely on wind and sunlights and considerable space, which may impose us many challenges.
Se dice que energía eólica es limpia y segura pero al parecer considerable suma debe ser generado para asegurar cantidad lo que necesitamos. También, el gobierno japonés no ha sido tan proactivo sobre energía eólica en punto de tarifa a largo plazo.
Por otra parte, Japón ha todavía introducido la sistema de tarifa para energía solar y actualmente es un país tercer más grande en energía solar después de Almania y España. Sin embargo, ma parece difícil asegurar escala de energía renovable considerado necesidad de depender de viento y luz del sol y mucho espacio, que quizás nos impone muchos problemas.
でも、今回の件で世界的にも原子力に対する見方が変わってくると思いますし、これから、私たちの生活スタイルも、エネルギーの考え方も、いろいろ考えて、変えていかなくちゃいけないんだな、って感じます。
However, I think this catasrophe will surely change our view to our reliance on nuclear power world-wide, and we will have to think again about our life style and concept of energy going forwards...
Pero, estoy segura que este catastrophe nos hará penser de nuevo sobre nuestro vista a energía nuclear, y tendremos que revisar nuestra vida diaria y concept de energía en el futuro...
Bueno, no sabía que la ciuadad Málaga tiene la iniciativa tan grande y avanzada. Es un placer poder esperar nueva opportunidad para que Japón y España se coraboraran.
スマートシティの試みで、日本の技術が明るいアンダルシア☀の都市で実証され、期間限定のこのプロジェクトが終わった後も、新たな協力関係が始まるといいな、と期待しています。
太陽がまぶしい国で、これからのエネルギーにおいても、強く前進できることを願っています。
まずは、私たち個人の生活レベルでも、節電はもちろん（！）これからのエネルギーについて、考えていく意識をもつべきだな、と思います★
