The scenery was gorgeous as well^^!

Just a simple salad was very tasty 

with fresh tomatoes and lettuce☆

途中で出てくるお口直しもおしゃれで美味しい！

The palate  freshener was also so nice♪

デザートも芸術的〜♡

The dessert was so artistic!

店員さんもみなさん陽気で親切でした☆

また来てみたいな〜〜♪

The waiters were very cheerful and kind as well.

☆I started…☆

もう2013年も終わりそうです！
ほ〜んとに早く過ぎ去ってきたような気がします。

Now the year 2013 is going to finish.
How fast this year has passed…!

Ya el año 2013 se va terminar.
¡Qué rapido este año ha pasado….!

今年はどんな年だったかな☆

Well, let me look back how it has been♪
Bueno, vamos revisar como ha estado este año.

変化したこともあるし、変わらない部分もあるなぁ。
とても嬉しいこともいっぱいあったし、辛いこともありました。
それが普通で自然なことだと思います。

Some have changed and others haven't. 
I had lots of wonderful experiences while encountered some hardships as well.
But that should be just normal and natural in the lives. 

Unas cosas han cambiado y otras no. 
Tuve muchos experiencias maravillosos mientras que encontré los sufrimientos también.
Bueno, debería ser normal y natural en nuestra vida.  

ところで、最近ポルトガル語のクラスで
”〜をし始めました”という言い方を学びました☆

The other day, I learned how to say "I started to…" in Portuguese. 
El otro día, aprendí como se dice "Empecé…" en portuguesa. 

例文を考えたとき、今年新たに始めたことを思い返してみました。

To think of some examples, I tried to remember what I newly started this year. 
Para pensar unos ejemplos, intenté recordar lo que empecé este año.

ゴルフを始めました。
ジョギングを始めました。
将来のビジョンを描き、具体的なプランを作り始めました☆

I started to play golf.
I started to run.
I started to make my future vision and establish specific plan. 

Empecé jugar golf.
Empecé correr.
Empecé crear una visión del futuro y plan especifico.

今年もいろいろ新しいチャレンジがありました^^
新しい考え方もしてみました。必ずしも簡単じゃなかったけど。

I faced with many other new challenges this year.
I tried to adopt new way of things as well,  which was not necessarily easy for me.

Afronté muchos desafíos nuevos este año.
Intenté adoptar nuevas ideas también, que no fue fácil siempre… 

一年が過ぎるのは早いです。
ずっと続く、日々の出来事に夢中になりがちですが
意識的に新しいことを始めたり、考えたりするのはなかなか大切なことだと思います。

A year goes by  so fast.
We tend to just too focus on on-going daily matters, 
but it should be pretty important to start or think something new consciously. 

Un año pasa muy rapidamente. 
Aveces intentamos enfocar las cosas diarias,
pero debería ser muy importante comenzar o pensar algo nuevo conscientemente.

何かとの新しい出会いは、自分の中の可能性の発見にもつながると思います^^。

Encountering with something new should make you discover new possibility in yourself. 
Enfrentar con also nuevo debería hacerte descubrir posibilidad nuevo en tu mismo.

もうすぐ2013年も終わりですが、まだ新しい発見があるような気がするな〜♪

2013 will finish soon, but I feel that I will sill have some more new discoveries this year!
El año 2013 terminará pronto, pero siento que todavía hay más oportunidades de descubrir algo nuevo este año.

良い新年を迎えられるよう、今年も最後まで面白いことキョロキョロ探しながら
過ごしたいと思います☆

I will spend the rest of the year trying to look for something new and interesting to start a pleasant new year^^!

MiNE BARU is located in Shinsen, 

where it is a bit hard to find… 

But once you get inside, you find the great space 

with super delicious food and 

so friendly customers!

Oh I already want to go there again:-).

Pero dentro del restaurante, habrá un espacio 

con comidas super deliciosas y 

clientes muy agradables!

秋を飛ばして冬になってしまうのでは・・・

とちょっと心配したけど

美しい秋がちゃんとありました^^。

I was once worried that autumn may be skipped to winter this year!

But found beautiful autumn color… 

Antes me preocupé que invierno vendrá sin otoño este año.

Sin embargo, encontré colores otoños muy bonitos...

こんなに紅葉しているかと思ったら。。。

Some leaves have turned so red… 

¡Unas hojas se han convertido en muy rojas!

緑色もありました。

きれい！

But then, I found others are still so green…

Y, también encontré otras todavía muy verdes...

自然の色って一番美しいんだな〜。

What a mixture of the colors! 

Maybe color of nature is most beautiful of all…

これから年末に向けて

あっという間に過ぎそうだけど、

せっかくの、今だけの美しさを満喫するゆとりは

欲しいものです^^。

I know time will go by even faster to the end of this year. 

But I would surely spend some time enough to enjoy the beauty of the present…

★Yoga again★

今日もヨガに行きました^^;。

Went to a yoga class again today:-).
Fui a la clase de yoga de nuevo hoy.

今日も学びました☆

Learned something new again^^.
Y aprendí algo nuevo otra vez.

ヨガの世界では、自分を繕ったり、自分に嘘をついてはいけません。

Well, in the yoga world, you are not supposed to be pretend or lie to yourself. 
Bueno, en el mundo de yoga, no se debería fingir o mentir a ti mismo. 

何事も、誠実な心で取り組むべきなんだって。

You should always be sincere and honest in all the things that you do. 
Debería ser sincero siempre en todos los que se hace. 

まーでもそれはいつでもどこでも基本的にはそうかもしれませんが^^;。

Well, it may be just as true in any occasion not necessarily only in yoga world… 
Bueno, quizás debería ser eso en cualquiera ovaciones no necesariamente en el mundo de yoga… 

きついポーズも、できないのに無理してやろうとしたり、

できるふりとかをしないで、疲れてないふりとかしないで、

正直に動くのがヨガなんだって。

You don't need to stretch yourself too much to do some difficult poses.
You shouldn't pretend to be able to do it , or pretend not to be tired…
You should just be honest to yourself in prating yoga.

No se necesita hacerlo en exceso para las posturas difíciles.
No se debería fingir poderlo o fingir no estar cansado…
Se debería solamente ser sincero a ti mismo en practicando yoga.

が、社会に生きてる大人が、あまりにも自分に正直に言動しすぎるのも
なかなか難しそうですが^^;.

Well, for adults living in the society being too honest to themselves could be a bit challenging as well…. 

Bueno, pero, para adultos viviendo en la sociedad sido demasiado sincero a sus mismos podría ser un poco difícil...

すくなくともヨガをやってるときは、無理しすぎることも、またラクしすぎることもしないでいるのが大切みたいです☆

But at least when we practice yoga, we should never do too much, or at the same time we should not take just an easy way with no efforts… 

Pero por lo menos cuando practicamos yoga, no deberíamos hacerlo en exceso, o al mismo tiempo no deberíamos tomar un camino demasiado fácil sin esfuerzas...


体は正直だから、無理してるとどこかに痛みがでることもあります。

Body is honest as well, so when you overdo, it may turn out as pain.. 
Cuerpo es honesto también, entonces cuando se hace en exceso, 
se podría convertirse en dolor…

同時に心も同じかなー。

Well, it may be just as same for mind or heart. 
Bueno, quizás, será mismo para mente o corazón. 

心が疲れてると、体調に影響するし、逆も同じです。

When mind is tired, it effects body, and vice versa. 
Cuando mente esta cansado, afectará a cuerpo, y viceversa.

心と体は繋がっているし、ちゃんと心の声を聞いて、体の調子も見て、

それに正直に向き合っていくのが大切なんだな〜と思いました☆

Body and mind are connected.
So we should listen to our mind and also watch our body, 
then face with it sincerely. 
I shouldn't forget it in my busy days:-)! 

Cuerpo y mente están conectados.
Por eso, debemos escuchar a mente bien y también mirar cuerpo,
y enfrentarnos a eso sinceramente.
Bueno, no deberá me olvidarlo en los días ocupados^^;!

☆Yoga☆

いつものようにヨガをやりました☆

I practiced yoga today as usual. 
Practiqué yoga hoy as siempre.

大忙しの日々の中、頭をからっぽにして呼吸したりいろんなポーズに集中する

貴重な時間です。

For me, the time for yoga is very important when I empty my head and concentrate on breathing or posing. 
Para mi, el tiempo para yoga es siempre muy importante cuando vacío mi cabeza y me concentro en respiración o las poses. 

それにしても考え事をしないって、なんて難しいんだろう〜。

But, how difficult it is to think nothing…! 
Pero…¡como difícil es pensar nada...!

どうしてもいろんなことを考えてしまいます^^;.

I cannot stop thinking about something all the time…
No puedo parar pensar sobre algo siempre...

そういうときは、目を閉じて、自分の呼吸を聴き続けるようにします。

Then I close my eyes and try to listen to my breathing. 
Y cierro mis ojos y intento escuchar mi respiración. 

そして、ヨガの考え方で大切なのは、どんな状況にあっても、

とりあえずはありのままを受け入れること。

An important thing in Yoga is to accept oneself in any kind of circumstance. 
Una cosa importante en yoga es aceptar mi mismo en cualquiera circunstancia. 


それについていろいろ考えてしまったり、反省したり、悩んだりしないで、

とりあえずはそのままで。

Do not think too much about it or be anxious about it. 
Just accept it as it is.
No piensa demasiado sobre eso o estar inquieto. 
Solamente lo acepta tal como está.  

そして、あるものやことがらに、執着したり、しがみつくこともしないこと。

いろんなことを手放すことも、大切なんですって。

And we should not be obsessed by or hold on to something.
It is also important to let things go. 
No deberíamos estar obsesionados por algo. 
Es importante desprenderse de eso.

なかなか難しいな〜って思うけど。

It seems to be pretty difficult… 
Pero sera muy difícil… 

何かに没頭したり夢中になりすぎて、我を忘れたようになる、っていうことは

ありがちだと思うけど、ヨガの世界では、

そういうものも流すように生きていくみたいです。

I think it happens  a lot to get into something too much and get carried away. 
But in the Yoga world, we should keep on living by letting it go. 
Pienso que muchas veces se enamoro algo demasiadamente, pero
en el mundo de yoga, debemos seguir viviendo se desprendendo esas cosas. 


確かに、あまり強すぎる想いを持って何かに取り組もうとすると、

それがうまくいかなくなったりすると、とても辛くなるし、疲れます。

It may be true that when we try to work on something with too much devotion, 
when it does not go right, it would be so hard and painful and make us feel so exhausted…
Quizás es cierto que cuando trabajamos mucho para algo con demasiado devoción, 
cuando no va bien, sería muy duro y doloroso y nos hará sentir muy cansado...

目指すものに向かって、頑張ったり、努力するっていうこと自体をやめるのは、

なかなか難しいとは思いますが、それに対する執着心とかは、なるべくない方が

自分にとってもラクなんだろうな〜と思います。

It should be just as hard to give up on making efforts or working hard for the goal, 
but at the same time, it must make it easier not to have obsession.
Debería ser muy duro renunciar a hacer esfuerzo o trabajar mucho para el meta, 
pero al mismo tiempo, debería ser más fácil si no tenemos obsesión, 

ヨガをやっていると、そういうことを学びます。

Practicing yoga makes me learn these things☆.
Practicar yoga me hace aprender estas cosas. 


さて、また明日からも、頑張りつつも、ちょっと気を抜きつつ、

進んでいこうと思います☆

Well, I should move ahead working hard, while letting my mind drift to others too:-).
Bueno, debo avanzar trabajando mucho mientras que intento relajarme...
