In Tsukishima, Tokyo, where you feel somewhat Japanese traditional atmosphere,
stands the huge and chic building, the Spanish restaurant Spain Club. 


中に入ると高い天井と広々とした店内とバーカウンターとフラメンコも観れるステージと
そしてこんなVIPのお部屋みたいな空間も❢
Con el cielo muy alto, hay bar y escenario para espectáculo de flamenco.
Y hay hasta espacio tan maravilloso como una sala de VIPS. 
The High ceilinged large space, the bar counter and 
the stage where you can enjoy flamenco show.
And, even there is space so gorgeous like VIP room!

あとは、あまりにも美味しいので、お肉屋さんが売りたくなくて秘密にしておいた・・・

という説もあるそうです。

だから秘密(secreto) なのかな＾＾♪

Se dice que es un parte de cerdo ibérico que queda oculto y

sólo profesional puede encontrarlo.

También se dice que eran piezas que los carniceros se guardaban para su consumo!   

It is said that this particular part of pork is so hard to find

 and only professional can find it.

It is also said that this part is so delicious so butchers didn't really want to sell, 

but rather kept them for themselves!
