and the time when we ran together laughing to the Eiffel Tower to be there on time at 22:00 sharp to enjoy the illumination that lasts only five minutes,

10 cm　もある超美味しいマカロンに大興奮して半分ずつ食べたり

and the morning when we were so excited to eat the huge, gorgeous macaron together,

ずっと元気な私が広大なルーブル美術館で若干疲れて弱ったときに

優しく見守って助けてくれたり

and at the Louvre museum where I was pretty tired after all the walking, when my mum was so kind and supportive to help me,

and, in the every field that we found where we immediately crouched and started to look for 4 leaf clover, and in the end we found five of them and found it so amusing!

Those moments and our thoughts made our trip with such a beautiful and special times.

最近語学そのものの上達法としても注目されている
“シャドウイング”は、聞きながら、同時に全く同じことを繰り返す練習。

"Shadowing" is a method of  practice to listen and repeat at the same time.
This method is getting more attention as training to improve the language itself as well.

"Shadowing" es uno de los para practicar escuchar y repetirlo al mismo tiempo.
Este método está llamando la atención como ejercicio para mejorar el idioma su mismo también.


スペイン語などの速い速度のニュースは、５分でも、とても長くてほんとうに大変(>_<)。

Spanish news program is so hard to practice even for five minutes as anchors speak so fast in general.

Programa de noticia española es muy duro de practicar hasta solamente por cinco minutos porque locutores hablan demasiado rapidamente en general.

もう何年も前から、英語の通訳訓練を開始した時から、そして仕事をし始めた後も、
常にこの訓練の重要性は認識して、なんども続けようってしたけど、
どうしてもやらない日が多くなってしまいます☹

I always knew how important this training is, and I tried many times to continue this.
But I could never continue for a very long time.

I would say, I will commit to practice "shadowing" for one minute or even for 30 seconds without missing every single day.

30秒のことをその日できなかった言い訳は、きっと絶対見つからないなぁ＾＾；。
そして、30秒でも、ゼロより、絶対絶対良いのです。

I am pretty sure that I won't find any excuse that I could not practice for 30 seconds on the day!
And, but, 30 seconds of practice will certainly better than none.

Y, pero, 30 segundos de practica sin duda sera mucho mejor que nada.


新聞を、毎日全部読みたいけど、なかなかできないなぁ(>_<)。
でも、だったら冒頭の部分だけでも、それも無理ならタイトルだけでも、
絶対毎日できるレベルまで分解してでも、続けてみよう＾＾。

For another instance, I would want to read all the pages of newspaper every day, but that's pretty challenging too...
Then, maybe I could read only the introduction or even only headline, which must be doable every day☆

Rather than trying to do so much only from time to time, but I will  do little bit but every single day.

Specially acquiring a language should work this way...

Especialmente, aprendiendo un idioma debería funcionar ese manera...


でも、だからこそ、“自分が毎日続けられる程度”を見極めて、それを必ず実現してみようかな♪

But for this reason, I should try to identify "the extent that I can continue every day" and execute it with no fail.

Por este razón, debería identificar "el nivel que puedo yo continuar cada día" y realizarlo sin falta.

あ、でも実はこういうことは語学だけじゃないかも。
実現したいことのために、達成できるまで続けられるペースで進むのが良いと思います☆

Well, maybe it should work not just for learning a language but for anything that you want to achieve.
