☆Bépocah☆

原宿のとーっても素敵な

ペルー料理やさん, Bépocah に行きました^^!!

Fuimos un restaurante peruano muy elegante en Harajuku,
se llama Bèpocha

外観からおしゃれな雰囲気が漂ってます！
¡Qué bonito es la apariencia!

コースの一品目から芸術的☆

おしゃれなセビーチェ！

El primero plato del curso, ceviche era hasta artístico... !

冷たい前菜の盛り合わせ

Y el surtido de los entremeses.

メインの盛り合わせ♡

El surtido de las comidas principal

デザートはソルベ♡

Al final, el postre era sorbete.

お店はとっても美しく、
ペルー人の店員さんもとても親切で丁寧でした。

お食事はものすごーく美味しくて
高級なペルー料理、という感じでした^^!

スペシャルな時にまた行けたら嬉しいです♪

El restaurante era bastante bonito,
y los camareros peruados eran muy simpáticos.

¡Las comidas eran todas riquísimas!
Era una comida peruana de primera clase...

Me gustaría volver por una ocasión especial...

☆Dependencia☆

またヨガで学びました☆

I had another learning in yoga class.
Aprendí algo de nuevo en clase de yoga.

ヨガのポーズはいろいろあります。
けっこう疲れるポーズもたくさんあります^^;。

There are numerous number of poses in yoga practice.
Some are pretty exhausting too...
Hay muchas poses en practica de yoga y unos son muy difíciles y agotadores.

だいたいお腹に力を入れて、深い呼吸を続けながら
自分の体の軸で自分を支えていろんな格好で立ったりします。

Generally, straining the abdomen while taking deep breath,
we make a standing pose by holding ourselves with axis of the body.
En general, hacer un esguince en abdomen mientras que respirar profundamente
y hacer pose de pie sosteniendo con eje del cuerpo.

でも、自分一人で一生懸命立ってるばかりじゃなくて、
もっと大きな、自分を囲む何か大きな力にゆだねる、というのも
時には大切だそうです。

But it's said that it is also important to leave it to mighty power surrounding ourselves
rather than always trying so hard to keep standing alone.
Al mismo tiempo, es también importante dejarlo a poder enorme circundante
en lugar de que siempre intentar sostener ponerse de pie.

自分にコントロールできないことってどうしてもあるわけで、
それに抵抗しようとしても、どうしても無理ってこともあります。

There must be something that you cannot control by yourself,
and there is no way to resist it.
Debe haber algo que no se puede controlar solo, y se puede resistir a eso tampoco.

そういうときは、自分だけで頑張ろうとしないで、
任せたり、ゆだねるってことも必要なのだそうです。

Then you should not try so hard alone, but need to depend or rely on someone or something.
Entonces, no debería tratar ponerse de pie solo, si no depender de algo o alguien.

私はなかなかできてないように思います。
いつもいろいろ考えすぎてしまうしなー^^;。

I don't think I am doing it well...
I tend to think too much as well><.

No creo que estoy bien hacerlo...
Me inclino a pensar demasiado también...

これからは意識してそういう気持ちをもつようにしてみようかな、
と思います☆

Well, maybe I should have a bit different way of thinking
and be conscious of "dependence" on something or someone else...☆

Bueno, quizás debería tener un poco diferente manera de pensar
y ser consciente de "dependencia" a algo o alguien...

新しくオープンした

The newly opened beer bar
iBeer in Hikarie, Shibuya offers
such a variety of beer!

El cervecería que abrió en Hikarie, Shibuya,
iBeer ofrece variedad de cerveza♪

オリジナルのクラフトビールと、
かわいいコースターも気に入りました^^!
I enjoyed the original craft beer and
the lovely coaster too^^!

お食事もいろんな種類で美味しいよ~^^!

And all sort of food were also so delicious!

Go very well with beer♪

ちょっとずつ飲み比べもできます☆

They offer the "beer tasting set" too!

カレーもあった^^!

And curry too!!

ここからいろんなビールが出てきます♪

The pretty beer servers nicely decorate the restaurant^^!

人ごみの渋谷を歩くのは

ほんとに苦手だけど、

ヒカリエは、駅からそのまま行けるので

とてもラクで快適でした^^!

I really dislike walking in the crowded city Shibuya,

but Hikarie was so easy to go,

directly connected to the station!

Realmente a mí no me gusta caminar en la ciudad muy atestada

Shibuya, pero, Hikarie es muy fácil de llegar,

directamente conectado a la estación.

お店の名前

Le Sun Palm　とは

”手のひらに太陽を”っていう

意味なんだそうです☀^^☀！

The restaurant's name

"Le Sun Palm"

"The Sun in your palm"!

Por cierto, el nombre del bar

"Le Sun Palm"

significa

"El sol en tu palma de la mano".

明るいお店で

フレンドリーな店員さんと

楽しい時間を過ごせますよ♪

超美味しいお料理で

迎えてくれる、とても素敵なところです☆

Las tres ramas es un bar español en Hiroo,

donde Mieko, la dueña

ofrece la comida muy buena y autentica.

The Spanish bar "Las tres ramas" situated in Hiroo

is a place where you can experience very authentic Spanish food

prepared by the Japanese owner Mieko☆.

カウンターだけの店内は

常連のお客さんも多く、

にぎやかでした^^!

El bar tiene solamente la barra y era lleno de clientes;-)!

The bar was filled with chat and laughter by regulars^^.

すごい美味しいハムもたくさん^^!

Tanto jamón muy rico!

Ensalada de patata.

美味しいご馳走沢山用意して

待っててくれました^^

Mieko había preparado muchas comidas muy ricas para nosotros!

Paella era también muy autentico y bueno!

お店全体で

スペインの雰囲気を感じることができます^^☆

Se puede sentir mucho ambiente de España dentro todo el parte del bar...

お店にはスペインやスペイン語に関係する

お客さんも多く、

お互いすぐに話も盛り上がるような雰囲気です^^

Muchos clientes que tienen relación con España o español

están el bar y se empieza muy fácilmente charlar y beber juntos.

You can meet people there who have something to do with Spain or spanish there,

and so easily start talking and drinking together.... !

スペイン語を話したり

スペイン気分になりたいとき,

ぜひ行ってみたいな〜と思うところです^^♪

☆Fonda Sant Jordi☆

大好きだった恵比寿の

スペインレストラン

Tio Danjoが、

リニューアルオープンし、

Fonda Sant Jordi

になりました^^!

The Spanish restaurant in Ebisu,

which I really loved,

Tio Danjo

reopened as

Fonda Sant Jordi☆!

El restaurant español en Ebisu,

que me gustaba mucho,

Tio Danjo

abrió de nuevo como

Fonda Sent Jordi^^!

基本的には同じシェフが独立したもので

場所も、インテリアも、スタッフも

ほぼ変化なしみたいでした^^

The same chef got independent and restarted his own restaurant.

Basically nothing really seemed different

including staff and interior...^^:

El mismo chef quedo independiente y comenzó su propio restaurante.

Basicamente, nada parece diferente,

incluyendo los camareros.

奥にはシェフがせっせとお料理しています！

En el fondo, el chef estaba trabajando duro:-)☆

コースもあまり変化なく、

相変わらずとても素晴らしいコースでした^^

El curso no ha cambiado mucho

y era fantastico como antes^^!

ただ、変化したところは、

最後に選べるパエリアを、

どの種類もフェデウアに変えられる、という点だそうです！

これはすごい^^!

Unico cambio es lo que se puede cambiar cualquiera paella

a fideuá al final del curso.

Muy bien!!

一番小さいコースでも

充分満喫できる内容で、

大変満足でした^^♪

The smallest course was very much satisfactory!

El curso más pequeño era bastante satisfactorio.

長年親しんだTio Danjoでしたが、

今後はFonda Sant Jordiとして

引き続き大人気店になりそうです^^!

I used to love Tio Danjo for a long time,

but from now on, the new restaurant

Fonda Sant Jordi should be a really popular place^^!

¡Me gustaba mucho a Tio Danjo por largo tiempo,

pero de ahora, el restaurante nuevo

Fonda Sant Jordi deberá ser muy popular!

☆Half way☆

2014年7月になりました！

Now it is July 2014!
¡Ya es julio 2014!

今年ももう半年過ぎたのだなぁ。
毎年思いますが、今年もほーんとに早いなー。

Already half a year has passed...
As I feel every year, this year has passed so fast.
Ya, el medio año pasó.
Como siento cada año, este año también ha pasado muy rápidamente.

さて、今年前半はどうだったかな。
ちゃんと思うように頑張れたかな☆

Well, let's see how this first half was...
I wonder if I worked hard as I had wanted.
Bueno, vamos ver como la primera mitad era...
Me pregunto si trabajé duro como había querido.

と、振り返るのも良いけれど、必ずしも達成できたことや
達成きなかったことだけでは、どんな風に生きてきたか、
どんな気持ちで日々過ごしていたのか、までは語れません☆

Nothing wrong about looking back, but only what I achieved or what I did not achieve would not explain how I lived my life and how I was feeling every day.
No es mal sobre mirar el pasado, pero solamente ver lo que conseguí o no conseguí no debería explicar como vivía mi vida, y como sentía cada día.

ダイアリーを振り返って見てみると、その時の予定が入っていて、
その時どんな気持ちだったか、も思い出します^^。

Looking at my diary and schedule in those months, I remember how I was feeling then.
Mirando mi diario y plan en estos meces, recuerdo como estaba sentido entonces.

良いときも、悪いときもあったなー。

There were good times and bad times.
Habia tiempo bueno y tiempo malo.

半年前も一ヶ月前も、昨日も過去なんだなー。

Half a year ago, a month ago, and yesterday are all the past now.
Medio año antes, un mes antes, y ayer también ya todos pasado ahora.

今日も、明日も過去になるんだ。

Today and tomorrow will also be the past.
Hoy y mañana también serian pasado.

やっぱり毎日を懸命に、悔いないように生きていきたいな、
と思いました☆

Now all those thoughts make me want to live embracing every moment
without regrets☆.
Ahora todos los pensamientos me hacen querer vivir abrazando cada momento sin arrepentimiento.

別に半年とか一年とか、期間を区切って振り返ることもないけれど、
やっぱり何となく一年の半分というのは、今までもこれからも
見つめてみたくなるタイミングでした^^

There does not have to be any specific moment as certain period, as one year, or half a year, but after all, being in halfway of the year I felt like looking back and ahead....^^
No debería haber momento específico como plazo cierto, como un año, o medio año, pero, en el punto medio el año, quería volar la vista y también el futuro:-)!
