に行ってみました^^!

Tried another Spanish restaurant 

La Cuesta, 

which is located in halfway up a hill of 

Kagurazaka♪

Probé otro restaurante español

La Cuesta,

que es situado en al mitad de la cuesta de

Kagurazaka. 

神楽坂の坂の途中にあります☆

スペイン南部のアンダルシア地方を

イメージさせるような店内^^☆

でも特に意味は無く、店長の趣味だそうです^^

The interior is associated with southern part of Spain, Andalucía,

but does not have much to do with the concept of the restaurant^^;

Just a taste of the owner...   

El interior está asociado con la parte sur de España, Andalucía.

Sin embargo, ne tiene mucho con el concept del restaurante, 

si no solamente el gusto del dueño...

牛モツ肉のカジョス

サーモンのパン粉焼き、ロメスコソース

季節のパエリヤは桜えびが入っていて

すっごく美味しかったです^^♡

典型的なスペイン料理の他に

食べたことないような

オリジナルな感じのお食事も満喫できて

楽しいレストランでした^^♪

This restaurant offers not only typical Spanish cuisine, 

but something very original and tasty^^!

We had such an enjoyable time:-)♪

I wonder it if comfortable...

☆ Work ☆

今日もせっせと働く一日でした☆

Ah, it was another busy day today...
Estuve otro día muy ocupado hoy. 

仕事は、だいたい一日の1/3は占めるかな。
もっとずっと長時間働く人ももちろんいるでしょう。

I would say, working hours may account for just about 1/3 of a day in general.
Of course some work much longer than this... 
Quizás las horas de trabajo ocupa mas o menos 1/3 del día en general. 
Por supuesto, hay gente que trabaja por muchas más horas. 

ってことは人生の1/3はお仕事してるってことになるんだ！

Anyway, this means that we spend almost 1/3 of our entire life on working! 
Por lo menos, significa que dedicamos casi 1/3 de nuestra vida a trabajo!

そう思うと、自然にお仕事についてもいろいろ考えてしまいます^^;.

Well, then it makes me think about work more profoundly.
Bueno, me hace pensar sobre mi trabajo más profundamente. 

自分は何のためにお仕事してるのかな☆
お仕事において、自分にとって一番大切なことってなんだろう。

What I am working for...?
What is the most important thing about work for me? 
¿Para qué estoy trabajando?
¿Qué es lo más importante sobre trabajo para mi?

人によっては、生活するために収入を得るということだけが
仕事の意義であり、大切なことだと考える場合もあるでしょう。

Some people work only for a living, and income is everything about work. 
Unas personas trabajan solamente por la vida, y los ingresos son todo sobre trabajo. 

学ぶことが常にあり、自分が成長している、上達していると
感じられることが何よりも大切だ、っていう人もいます。

Others may particularly focus on their own development.
Growing and improving through work must be the most important for them. 
Otros quieren en particular enfocarse en sus desarrollo. 
El crecimiento y progresos por trabajo debe ser lo más importante para ellos. 

仕事を通して、人に喜んでもらいたい、人のためになりたい、
という気持ちが一番強い人もいます☆

But others may have strong desire to do something for others, 
wishing to please others through work. 
Sin embargo, otros podrian tener deseo fuerte de hacer algo para otros,
deseando agradar otros por trabajo. 

やっぱりせっかくこれだけの時間と力を費やすのだから、
自分が元気にいきいきと、力を出せる仕事の仕方ができればいいな〜と
思います。

As we spend so much time and effort on work, 
it should ideally be something that we can be enthusiasm about 
and demonstrate our capability.  
Dedicamos mucho tiempo y esfuerzo a trabajo,
así que idealmente debería ser algo que podemos tener entusiasmo 
y demostrar nuestro capacidad.

仕事をすることで収入を得る、という、そういう単純な契約みたいにも
見えるけど、でもそれだけじゃなくて、もっと人のためになってるなぁって
実感できるようなお仕事の仕方ができたらいいな、と思います☆

Work seems to be just a simple form of contract; working to replace with income.
But, it should be more than that. 
It should be very nice if I could feel that my work is really doing good for others.
Trabajo parece solamente una forma de contract, o sea trabajar para sustituir por ingresos.
Pero, debería ser algo más.
Sería bueno si pueda sentir que mi trabajo sirve para otros.

そういう視点で取り組んでみると、人との接し方、仕事の取り組み方、
そして、自分に対する気持ちも変わるかも^^☆

Such perspective of work may change how I interact with others, 
how I face with work and how I feel about myself thorough work:-).
La perspectiva del trabajo así debería cambiar como interact con otros,  
como trabajo yo, y como siento sobre mi misma por trabajo^^.

久しぶりに行きました^^

広尾のメキシコ料理やさん、

the authentic Mexican restaurant in Hiroo♪

やっぱりいつ行っても

ほんとに美味しい！！

たくさんあるメキシカンレストランの中でも

ものすごく本格的で

まいかい楽しい場所です^^。

Estamos aquí de nuevo 

en SALSITA 

el restaurante mejicano muy autentico en Hiroo.

Never been disappointed with the food and atmosphere:-)!

Nunca me ha decepcionada por su comida y ambiente

ここのは量もちょうどよいよ^^☆

お店はカラフルで可愛いです^^

マルガリータはライムにしました！

さっぱりして美味しい〜〜♡

そしてデザートは

バニラアイスクリーム　カルーアソース♡

場所柄もあってか、

だいたいいつも外国人のお客様もいっぱいいます^^

Maybe because of its location as well,

almost always I see foreign customers enjoying here☆.

Quizás porque su locación también, 

casi siempre veo los extranjeros lo pasaran bien en este restaurante. 

季節によってちょっと違うメニューも出てくるみたい☆

It appears to be that  they offer slightly different menu by season,

tempting me to go there more frequently^^! 

Me parece que se ofrece una carta poca diferente cada estación, 

me tentando a volverlo con más frecuencia. 

ほーんとに美味しいメキシコ料理だったら

ここで体験してほしいです^^!

I would definitely recommend here for you to experience 

authentic and really tasty Mexican cuisine:-)♪

☆Medal☆

たくさん感動させてもらったオリンピックが終わりました☆

The Olympics finished leaving us with lots of inspirational moments.
Los juegos olímpicos terminaron dejándonos con muchos momentos inspiradores.

悲願のメダルをとった選手たちは本当に嬉しそう☆

The athletes who achieved the medals look really so happy^^.
Los atletas que lograron las medallas parecen realmente felices:-)☆

20年以上もずっとメダルを目指して頑張ってきた選手もいました。

ほんとにすごい☆

Some athletes have spent over 20 years making efforts to get the medal.
Incredibly impressive....!
Unos de ellos han dedicado más de 20 años esforzándose para lograr la medalla. 
¡Qué impressionante! 

そんなにも強く望むものって、

そこまで欲しいものって、あるかな〜。

I wonder if we have such a thing  that we get desperate for...  
Me pregunto si tenemos tan cosa para que estamos desesperado... 

ほんっとうに心から欲しいって思わないと

あれだけの努力はできないでしょう。

You wouldn't be able to make such efforts for such a long time
unless you really really want to get it, would you.
No se podría hacer tantos esfuerzos por tan largo plazo 
a menos que se quiera lograrlo desde corazón, verdad?

そういうものがあるっていうのはまた幸せなことだなー^^。

Having such desire in the life must be fortunate:-)
Teniendo deseo tan fuerte en una vida debería ser afortunado^^.

いろんなものが豊かに手に入るこのご時世では、

ほんとに超頑張ってなにかを手に入れたい、

という気持ち自体が薄まりそうだけど、

夢や希望があって、それに向かって頑張る方が

やっぱり人生面白いと思います^^。

辛いこともそれだけあるけど。

In this current life, when we can get almost anything, 
it doesn't seem that we get so desperate for something 
by devoting all our energies and efforts...
But still, having a dream or hope, and working so hard for it 
should be more interesting and rewarding as a life^^.
Of course it would never be just an easy way though... 

En nuestra época, cuando podemos obtener casi cualquiera cosa,
no parece que quedamos desperado para algo por haciendo tanto esforzó... 
Sin embargo, todavía teniendo sueño o deseo, y trabajando para eso 
debería ser más interesante y gratificante como una vida.
Pero, por supuesto, no será un camino fácil... 

これからも、”こういう自分になりたいな☆”という気持ちを常に意識して

自分の行動に移していこうって思います^^.

Well, I will always try to think about my own ideal world,
and take actions thriving to achieve it^^!

Bueno, siempre intentaré pensar sobre un mundo ideal para mi,
y me pondré un acción para lograrlo:-)☆!

鶏肉と４種チーズを使ったグラタン

そして生演奏も♪

おしゃべりの邪魔にならないくらいの音量で

奇麗な音楽がとっても快適です^^

And you can enjoy live music too:-).

Not too loud to disturb our conversation, 

but rather sounds so comfortable with beautiful songs♪

E, pode gostar a música ao vivo também♪. 

Não é demasiado alto de perturbar nos conversação,

mas soa muito confortável com canto lindo.

I heard Ramos comes to eat here from time to time!

I almost forget that he is a native Portuguese speaker 

as I’ve only seen him speaking Japanese^^;

But if I am lucky enough to see him here one day,

I hope I am prepared to talk to him in Portuguese:-)!

ポルトガル語圏の人なんだよね^^;。

☆Laughter☆

笑うことは体に良いと最近よく聞きます☆

Recently I often hear that laughter works well for good health! 
Wonder if it is true…

Recientemente, a menudo oído que risas funcionan bien para salud.
Me pregunto si es verdadero… 

ほんとかな！


笑うと、脳が刺激されて免疫力があがるホルモンが分泌されたり

脳の活性化に繋がって、元気になるそうです^^。

Well, apparently laughter  stimulates brain and secretes hormone, which enhances immunity.
Further, it activates brain and makes you energized!  

Bueno, obviamente, sonrisa estimula cerebro y secreta hormona, que aumenta inmunidad. 
Además, activa el cerebro y te hace vigorizado!


で、しかも作り笑いでも効果があるんだって！

And, surprisingly enough, even feigned smile works too! 

Y, ¡sorprendentemente, hasta una risa falsa funciona también!


体や脳は、本当の笑いかどうかまでは認識できないから、

うその笑いでも、ただ笑うだけでも、いいみたい。

Body and brain cannot recognize whether laughter is a real one,
so feigned smile or just laughing seems good enough. 

Cuerpo y cerebro no pueden reconocer si sonrisa es real o no, 
por eso risa falsa o solamente riendo son muy bien. 

だから、悲しいときこそ、辛いときこそ、笑った方がいいんだね。

So, when we are sad, when life is hard on us, that's when we should laugh:-).
Por eso, cuando estamos triste, cuando la vida es dura, es cuando debemos reír. 


笑っていると、きっと周りも楽しくなるし、面白いことも

増えるかも！

If you laugh, it should  cheer those around you too, 
and you should naturally encounter more fun stuff^^! 

Si se ríe, deberá aclamar los seres su alrededor, y naturalmente encontraré las cosas más divertidas. 


やっぱり "笑う門には福来る” ってことですね☆

After all, don't forget, "Laugh, and the world will laugh with you"
