今度はロシア料理やさんです!

ちゃんと体験したのは

初めてかも。。。

神保町のCAPAFAH

（これでサラファンって読みます）

Went to a decent Russian restaurant 

for the first time! 

CAPAFAH in Jimbocho.

こじんまりしていますが

伝統的で立派な感じの

素敵なお店でした⭐︎

It was a tiny and cozy restaurant 

in a basement of an old-looking building, 

but had traditional and prestigious atmosphere...

Es un restaurante muy pequeño y cómodo

y tiene mucho ambiente traditional....

やっぱり美味しいのですね！

ブリンチキピロシキ！

ひき肉のクレープ包みです♡

素晴らしかった。。。！

山の壺焼き！

牛肉の赤ワイン煮込みビーフシチュー仕立て。。。♡

可愛らしい感じで登場しました!

外を崩すのがとても楽しいよ⭐︎

中のビーフシチュー、すっごく美味しくて感動的♡

そしてデザートもいろいろ選べます♡

きちんとした感じの雰囲気で、

全部素晴らしく美味しいお料理ばかりでした♡

美味しいワインもいっぱいあります！

All the dishes served were extremely delicious!

Variety of wine is available too. 

¡Todos los platos servidos eran muy deliciosos!

Sirven muchas variedades de vino también. 

終わる時間もやや早めで（２２時）

わいわいするというよりは

正統派なロシア料理を楽しむ

という感じです⭐︎

The restaurant closes early (at 22:00).

Rather than making merry like a party,

it would be more appropriate to enjoy the 

authentic Russian cuisine.

El restaurante cerra temprano como a las 22:00.

Seria más apropriado disfrutar la comida russa autentica 

con tranquilidad

más que hacer una fiesta.

Truly, everything was really nice.

ビルの４Fのドアを開けると

素敵な店内でした^^

Beautiful interior on in the restaurant on the 4th floor 

of a building!

やっぱり最初はVinho Verde! 

ポルトガルの形がわかるボトルでした♪

Always want to get this as the first glass:-)

驚きの美味しさでした！

Codfish crepe, with honey!

Had never had this before..

So tasty!!

なんと缶詰がそのまま出て来ます^^!

And, canned food, original to the restaurant!

Very interesting and so good too^^!

そしてメインの

豚とあさりとハマグリのアレンテージョ風⭐︎

すごく豪華で歓声があがりました^^!

Sauted Porc and Clam in Atenjejo style

as main dish!

Good to share with a group, and 

very tasty and satisfactory^^♡

お料理はどれもこれも

超おいしくて、

ものすごい数のメニューから

選ぶのもまた楽しいです^^!

オリジナルのクリスチアノに加えて

こちらもかなりのおすすめです！

All the dishes were really very good,

and it was just as interesting and nice to 

choose what to have in such a long list of the menu:-).

Now here is added to my favorite restaurant list 

with the first Cristiano ^^! 

Todas das cozinhas eram muito gostosas,

e muito interesante escolher o que comer 

em o menu muito longo...!

⭐︎Middle Point⭐︎

もう2015年も半分過ぎそうです！

Can't believe that half of 2015 is going to be finished! 
No puedo creer que la mitad del año va terminar... 

とりあえず、今年の目標を振り返ってみると。。。

Now let me look back how I have been doing with my resolution of this year. 
Ahora quiero pensar como he hecho con mis metas de este año.

①　走ることを習慣にする
②　考えない

でした！

1. Make habits of running
2. Don't think 
1. Acostumbrarme a correr
2. No pensar 


進捗は。。。

And now... 
Y ahora... 

①は、とうとう10km　マラソン完走できました!　涙

ものすごく楽しいかというと、よくわかりませんが、

やっぱり続けて習慣にしていきたいな〜と思います♪

For 1, I finally ran 10 km marathon race! 

I am not sure if it is really really fun, but 

I still want to continue to make it my real habit ⭐︎

¡Paa 1, al final, he corrido 10 km maratón¡

No estoy segura si es realmente muy divertido, pero

quiero continuarlo para hacerlo mi costumbre. 

②は、集中して考えなくちゃいけないような内容が出てきて

それに夢中になり、余計なことはあまり考えなくなっているような

気もするので、まぁまぁいいかな、という感じです。

 As for 2, now I have something more urgent to think so hard,

so I don't really think abut other unnecessary stuff, which could be positive...

En cuanto de 2, ahora tengo algo de pensar muy importante, 

por eso no tengo que pensar otras cosas sin importancia, que parece bien. 


引き続き走りながら邪念を振り払いつつ、

今年の後半も突き進んでいきたいと思います！

Well I will just move ahead for the second half of this year 

keeping running, driving away unnecessary thoughts:-)!

⭐︎Alcohol⭐︎

よく「お酒に強そうですね」と言われます。

最近も言われました。

People often say to me that I seem to be a heavy drinker...
Someone told me so recently too. 

La gente dice que parezco como una bebedora...


以前から不思議だったのですが、
いったいどういう人が「お酒に強そう」なのだろうか。

I was always wondering what type of person looks like a heavy drinker.
Siempre me preguntaba que tipo de persona parece como un bebedor....

人が持つイメージはいろいろですが、
お酒に強そうな人のイメージとはどういうものなのでしょう。

I know that people have all sorts of image about others but 
I could never figure out what makes me look I drink a lot.
Seria natural que la gente tenga cualquiera imagen sobre los otros,
pero, nunca he podido comprender que crea mi imagen como bebedora. 

いろいろ考えた結果、「お酒に強そうな人」とは

「きちんとした人」　だと思います^^.

After I did lots of thinkings, I reached conclusion:
a person who looks like a heavy drink is a person who is decent and well-disciplined. 
Después de muchos pensamientos, llegué una conclusión,
una persona que parece bebedor es la que tiene mucha disciplina y decente.

なぜかというと、結局「お酒に弱い人」に見える人は
もちろん本当に飲めない人もいるでしょうが、
飲む量をコントロールできず、泥酔してしまったりする
タイプが多いのではないかな、と想像します。

The rationale behind this attributes to my thought on those who cannot drink 
alcohol; I am sure some cannot really literally drink, but in many cases,
they may not just be able to control quantity to drink and get so drunk..
Esa conclusión se base en mi pensamiento sobre los que no pueden beber alcohol, 
o sea, ellos no deberían poder controlar una cantidad para beber y volverse en borrachera.  

なので、結局適度にセーブしながら、飲む量等コントロールし
お酒に飲まれない感じのしっかりした人が「お酒に強い人」に
見られるのだと思います。

So, a steady type of person who can control quantity to drink,
and never let his/her drinking take control, may seem to be a strong drinker.
Por eso, una persona que está estable y pueda controlar una cantidad de beber,
y nunca hace su bebe comer controlar, perecería una persona fuerte. 


ということなので、「お酒に強い人」というのは

褒め言葉だったのだ、という結論にしておきました^^。

So, the conclusion is that the comments that I have received so often 
have been compliments:-)♪. 
Entonces, mi conclusión es que los comentarios que había recibido de mucha gente 
han sido elogios^^.

First time to the Spanish restaurant 

FERMiNTXO in Nishiazabu⭐︎

Fui al restaurante español en Nishiazabu.

素敵な雰囲気です^^

Nice atmosphere...

Ambiente muy bueno...

美味しいパンとオリーブオイルが可愛い

お皿にのって出て来ました。

Appetizer was nicely presented and 

the bread and olive oil was so delicious! 

Aperitivo fue presentado en la manera muy bonita 

y muy rico.

お店特製のサラダはいろんなものが入っていて

美味しい！

The special salad had big chunk of vegetables 

and so tasty...

¡La ensalada especial tenía los pedazos de verduras 

y era muy deliciosa! 

メインのお肉はイベリコ豚♡

The main dish was Iberian pork.

El plato principal era cerdo iberico. 

魚介のパエジャ

定番ですが、大きな魚介類がたくさんで

充実感ありました^^!

The typical dish, seafood paella had lots of ingredients 

and very satisfactory!

El plato típico, paella de pescados y mariscos 

era muy satisfecho♡

静かで落ち着いた感じのお店です⭐︎

こだわりのあるお料理を楽しめます♪

また行きたいです^^!

You can enjoy the great food in which the chef 

apparently put lots of passion,

in the atmospheric interior of the restaurant. 

Hope  I can try other dishes too next time !

en el restaurante con muy bueno ambiente.

ニューヨークに行きました⭐︎

Went to New York again after a year or so. 
Fui a Nueva York otra vez después un año mas o menos. 

1年ぶりくらいです^^.

毎回いいなぁと思う場所ですが、今回も良い印象でした。

I enjoy staying there in every visit 
and I got even better impression this time as well. 
Siempre disfruto la ciudad mucho, 
y este vez también, tuve una impresión muy positiva. 

今さら、という感じもしますが、

お店やカフェ、レストラン、どんな場所でも

必ず最後にはお店の人が

"Have a nice day!" と言ってくれます。

It may not be necessary to mention this now, but 
almost anywhere, like in cafe, restaurant or any shop, 
shop clerks say "Have a nice day!" when I was about to leave. 

Quizás lo hubiera dicho más antes, pero me dio cuenta este vez 
que cualquiera lugar donde fui, como, en cafetería, restaurante, y tienda, 
los vendedores o dependientes dicen "Qué tenga buen día!". 

夕方でも、夜になりそうな時間でも。

Even when it was late afternoon or evening... 
Hasta el tarde del día.. 

”良い1日をね”、という文字どおりの意味は
特にないんだろうとは思います。

Surely they wouldn't literally mean it. 
Claro que no deberían tener el significado literalmente. 

日本だったら普通に「ありがとうございました。」くらいの
感覚なんだと思います。

It should just mean something like "Thank you for coming".
Quizás solo significaria algo como "Gracias por venir". 

でも、そういう大して意味のない挨拶にも
自然に "Have a nice day" という言葉が出てくるところに
その文化を感じました⭐︎

But I felt something nice about the culture there, where the word like
"Have a nice day" is used for such an ordinary situation. 
Pero, senti algo bueno sobre el cultura ahí, donde se usa las palabras como 
"Qué tengas bueno día" en la situación muy ordinaria. 

大した意味はなかったとしても、ポジティブな言葉は
できるだけ口に出して、言ったり聞いたりした方が
いいと思います⭐︎。

Even though the words themselves don't have much meaning in them,
positive words should be said or heard as much as possible. 
Aunque las palabras no tienen muchos sentidos, 
las de positivas deberían ser dicho o oído lo mas posible, pienso. 

私が住んでる日本の文化ではお店ではそういう言い方はしないので
（その代わりに他にたくさんの気遣いがありますが）、
特に新鮮に感じました♪

In Japan, where I live, we don't hear those phrases in shops or restaurants, 
(well of course, we have other expressions of hospitality), 
so they sounded specially nice to me. 
En Japón donde vivo, no usamos estas palabras normalmente 
en tiendas o restaurantes, aunque hay otras más expresiones de hospitalidad. 
Por eso me suenan especialmente bueno para mi. 

自分の文化も他の文化も
素敵なところをできるだけたくさん発見していきたいと
思いました^^

I would like to find many little nice things about my own culture
and other cultures too! 
Me gustaría buscar las cosas pequeñas y bonitas sobre mi cultura y 
la de otras también^^.

⭐︎Faro⭐︎

ポルトガルのずっと南の街

Faro に行きました⭐︎

とても小さな街で、全部歩いて回れてしまうほどです^^ .

明るくて綺麗な海辺の街です⭐︎

I visited a town called Faro, far south in Portugal. 
Faro is so tiny and you can even walk in the entire town.
It's a bright and beautiful seaside town. 

Faro é uma cidade muito pequena y bonita. 
Pode caminhar o tudo de cidade. 

古い壁が目立ちました。

I noticed quite a few very old buildings. 

Tem muito construção muito antigos.  

すぐ近くのTaviraという街もとてものどかで

美しかったです^^ 

The neighborhood town, Tavira was also so peaceful and pretty. 

Uma cidade perto, Tavira também era muito pacífica e bonita. 

市内の図書館の敷地に

可愛らしい小屋がありました✨

I found a lovely hut in the premise of the municipal library. 

Eu encontrei o barraco pequeno do lote da biblioteca. 　

静かで小さな街 Faro

人々はとても親切で平和なところでした⭐︎

言葉の勉強にも適してると思いました^^。

またいつか行けたらいいなぁと思っています。

The people there were so kind. 

It was good environment to study the language too!

I hope I can go back  again... ^^.
