☆Working Hours☆

フランスでは、法律で夕方６時以降は、帰宅した後も仕事関係の電話やメールで
連絡をとることを奨励しない、といわれているそうです！

Labor  agreement in France stipulates that employees are encouraged not to be engaged in work after 18:00 on phone or e-mail at work place or at home!

La constitución laboral en Francia estipula que los empleados no deben seguir trabajando después a las 18:00 por teléfono o e-mail en la oficina o a la casa!

そもそも週の平均労働時間が３５時間、と結構少なめのフランス。

France has always been a country where average working hours is relatively short as 35 hours^^.

Francia es siempre un país donde promedio hora de trabajo es relativamente corto como 35 horas. 

ワークライフバランスのとれた日々を送れそうな国です^^。

I have always got impression that people can have a well-balanced life between work and private time. 

Yo he tenido impresión que la gente tiene una vida equilibrada entre trabajo y tiempo privado.

一方日本は残業が当たり前みたいになっている傾向もあると思います。

On the other hand, in Japan, it seems that overtime working has become routine...
Otro lado, en Japón, parece que trabajo con horas extras ha sido como rutina... 

勤勉だし、ほんとに仕事が好きでやってる人もいるのでしょうから
仕事人生が苦にならない人も沢山いるのでしょう。

Well, Japanese people are hard workers, and some just love working constantly, 
so maybe working long is not a problem for them...

Bueno, los japoneses trabajan mucho, y unos de ellos aman trabaja siempre, y trabajo por largo tiempo no es problema para ellos...


が、企業の観点からも、長時間労働は必ずしも効果的ではなさそうに思えます。

However, long-hour working does not seem effective from company's perspective.

Sim embargo, trabajando durante mucho tiempo no parece efectivo de punto de visto de empresas... 

これからはもっと無理なく仕事をずっと長く続けられるようなライフスタイルが
重要になっていくと思います。

And I think that it will be even more important to be able to continue working for long easily as a life style  going forwards. 

Y pienso que estará cada vez más importante poder continuar trabajando por largo plazo como un estilo de vida en el futuro.  

業種や業界による違いから、必ずしも画一的な制度を適用することは
できないかもしれませんが、個人それぞれに合ったライフワークバランスが
とれるような仕事環境になればいいな〜と思います^^☆

Well of course it may not be always possible to apply consistent system to all industries or job categories, but I hope that  people  can adopt working environment which allows well-balanced life suitable to every individual☆

Bueno, por cierto, no debería ser siempre posible aplicar una sistema consistente a todos industrias o categorías de trabajo pero espero que la gente pueda adaptar los condiciones laborales que permiten vida equilibrada apropiada para todos^^!

まずはセビーチェです^^!

¡El primero plato debe ser Ceviche Mixto! 

Papas Arequipena, es también muy típico y 

mi favorito. ¡Era muy rico!

これも定番☆

じゃがいもにちょっとスパイシーなソースを

かけた、美味しい一品です^^!

Lomo Saltado 

La cantidad era grande y no pude comer todo, 

pero el sabor era muy bueno y me gustó mucho!

スライスしたステーキと、ポテト、トマト、タマネギが

全部ご飯の上に乗ってできます♪

大量でしたが、美味しい^^! 

Aji de Gallina 

Creo que había conocido este plato antes,

pero me gustó mucho lo que ofrece este restaurante!

チーズ、ナッツと一緒に細かく刻んだチキンを

特性ソースであえて、白いご飯と一緒にいただきます☆

これも大量でしたがとっても美味しかったです^^!

店内は満員で大人気みたいでした^^!

量が多いのでグループで食べにいくと

いろいろ試せて更に楽しいかも^^!

Llenaba de gente en el restaurante. Debe ser muy popular^^.

Como la cantidad era grande, se podría disfrutarse más si se va con grupo de gente 

para probar más variadas de los platos♪

The restaurant was full of customers. Must be a very popular place.

As the quantity is large, it may be even more fun to go there in a group^^.

Spacious and cozy inside:-).

揚げた海鮮入りのセビーチェ！

ペルー料理はセビーチェがないと始まりません^^☆

Arroz verde con pollo 

コリアンダーやほうれん草が入ったグリーンライス！

チキンと一緒ですごい美味しかったです^^

Vino de casa 

ハウスワインが超美味しいので

尋ねてみたらこれだって！

これもほんとに美味しかった^^☆

そしてデザートは

ペルー風マカロン♡

Alfajores 

ぜんぜんマカロンっぽくなかったけど^^;

なんとなく懐かしい感じ☆

お店には、とても優しい感じの

日系ペルー人のおじさんが

にこにこしながら迎えてくれました☆

美味しいお料理で落ち着く空間です。

また美味しいワインとお料理楽しみ

行きたいです^^♪

A very kind Japanese-peruvian gentleman welcomed us and served us. 
It was a comfortable space with a great food♡
Would love to return to enjoy a very nice wine and food again^^!

which is located in halfway up a hill of 

Kagurazaka♪

Probé otro restaurante español

La Cuesta,

que es situado en al mitad de la cuesta de

Kagurazaka. 

神楽坂の坂の途中にあります☆

スペイン南部のアンダルシア地方を

イメージさせるような店内^^☆

でも特に意味は無く、店長の趣味だそうです^^

The interior is associated with southern part of Spain, Andalucía,

but does not have much to do with the concept of the restaurant^^;

Just a taste of the owner...   

El interior está asociado con la parte sur de España, Andalucía.

Sin embargo, ne tiene mucho con el concept del restaurante, 

si no solamente el gusto del dueño...

季節のパエリヤは桜えびが入っていて

すっごく美味しかったです^^♡

典型的なスペイン料理の他に

食べたことないような

楽しいレストランでした^^♪

☆ Work ☆

今日もせっせと働く一日でした☆

Ah, it was another busy day today...
Estuve otro día muy ocupado hoy. 

仕事は、だいたい一日の1/3は占めるかな。
もっとずっと長時間働く人ももちろんいるでしょう。

I would say, working hours may account for just about 1/3 of a day in general.
Of course some work much longer than this... 
Quizás las horas de trabajo ocupa mas o menos 1/3 del día en general. 
Por supuesto, hay gente que trabaja por muchas más horas. 

ってことは人生の1/3はお仕事してるってことになるんだ！

Anyway, this means that we spend almost 1/3 of our entire life on working! 
Por lo menos, significa que dedicamos casi 1/3 de nuestra vida a trabajo!

そう思うと、自然にお仕事についてもいろいろ考えてしまいます^^;.

Well, then it makes me think about work more profoundly.
Bueno, me hace pensar sobre mi trabajo más profundamente. 

自分は何のためにお仕事してるのかな☆
お仕事において、自分にとって一番大切なことってなんだろう。

What I am working for...?
What is the most important thing about work for me? 
¿Para qué estoy trabajando?
¿Qué es lo más importante sobre trabajo para mi?

人によっては、生活するために収入を得るということだけが
仕事の意義であり、大切なことだと考える場合もあるでしょう。

Some people work only for a living, and income is everything about work. 
Unas personas trabajan solamente por la vida, y los ingresos son todo sobre trabajo. 

学ぶことが常にあり、自分が成長している、上達していると
感じられることが何よりも大切だ、っていう人もいます。

Others may particularly focus on their own development.
Growing and improving through work must be the most important for them. 
Otros quieren en particular enfocarse en sus desarrollo. 
El crecimiento y progresos por trabajo debe ser lo más importante para ellos. 

仕事を通して、人に喜んでもらいたい、人のためになりたい、
という気持ちが一番強い人もいます☆

But others may have strong desire to do something for others, 
wishing to please others through work. 
Sin embargo, otros podrian tener deseo fuerte de hacer algo para otros,
deseando agradar otros por trabajo. 

やっぱりせっかくこれだけの時間と力を費やすのだから、
自分が元気にいきいきと、力を出せる仕事の仕方ができればいいな〜と
思います。

As we spend so much time and effort on work, 
it should ideally be something that we can be enthusiasm about 
and demonstrate our capability.  
Dedicamos mucho tiempo y esfuerzo a trabajo,
así que idealmente debería ser algo que podemos tener entusiasmo 
y demostrar nuestro capacidad.

仕事をすることで収入を得る、という、そういう単純な契約みたいにも
見えるけど、でもそれだけじゃなくて、もっと人のためになってるなぁって
実感できるようなお仕事の仕方ができたらいいな、と思います☆

Work seems to be just a simple form of contract; working to replace with income.
But, it should be more than that. 
It should be very nice if I could feel that my work is really doing good for others.
Trabajo parece solamente una forma de contract, o sea trabajar para sustituir por ingresos.
Pero, debería ser algo más.
Sería bueno si pueda sentir que mi trabajo sirve para otros.

そういう視点で取り組んでみると、人との接し方、仕事の取り組み方、
そして、自分に対する気持ちも変わるかも^^☆

Such perspective of work may change how I interact with others, 
how I face with work and how I feel about myself thorough work:-).
La perspectiva del trabajo así debería cambiar como interact con otros,  
como trabajo yo, y como siento sobre mi misma por trabajo^^.

ほんとに美味しい！！

たくさんあるメキシカンレストランの中でも

ものすごく本格的で

まいかい楽しい場所です^^。

Never been disappointed with the food and atmosphere:-)!

場所柄もあってか、

だいたいいつも外国人のお客様もいっぱいいます^^

Maybe because of its location as well,

almost always I see foreign customers enjoying here☆.

casi siempre veo los extranjeros lo pasaran bien en este restaurante. 

季節によってちょっと違うメニューも出てくるみたい☆

It appears to be that  they offer slightly different menu by season,

tempting me to go there more frequently^^! 

Me parece que se ofrece una carta poca diferente cada estación, 

me tentando a volverlo con más frecuencia. 

ほーんとに美味しいメキシコ料理だったら

I would definitely recommend here for you to experience
