ニューヨークに行きました⭐︎

Went to New York again after a year or so. 
Fui a Nueva York otra vez después un año mas o menos. 

1年ぶりくらいです^^.

毎回いいなぁと思う場所ですが、今回も良い印象でした。

I enjoy staying there in every visit 
and I got even better impression this time as well. 
Siempre disfruto la ciudad mucho, 
y este vez también, tuve una impresión muy positiva. 

今さら、という感じもしますが、

お店やカフェ、レストラン、どんな場所でも

必ず最後にはお店の人が

"Have a nice day!" と言ってくれます。

It may not be necessary to mention this now, but 
almost anywhere, like in cafe, restaurant or any shop, 
shop clerks say "Have a nice day!" when I was about to leave. 

Quizás lo hubiera dicho más antes, pero me dio cuenta este vez 
que cualquiera lugar donde fui, como, en cafetería, restaurante, y tienda, 
los vendedores o dependientes dicen "Qué tenga buen día!". 

夕方でも、夜になりそうな時間でも。

Even when it was late afternoon or evening... 
Hasta el tarde del día.. 

”良い1日をね”、という文字どおりの意味は
特にないんだろうとは思います。

Surely they wouldn't literally mean it. 
Claro que no deberían tener el significado literalmente. 

日本だったら普通に「ありがとうございました。」くらいの
感覚なんだと思います。

It should just mean something like "Thank you for coming".
Quizás solo significaria algo como "Gracias por venir". 

でも、そういう大して意味のない挨拶にも
自然に "Have a nice day" という言葉が出てくるところに
その文化を感じました⭐︎

But I felt something nice about the culture there, where the word like
"Have a nice day" is used for such an ordinary situation. 
Pero, senti algo bueno sobre el cultura ahí, donde se usa las palabras como 
"Qué tengas bueno día" en la situación muy ordinaria. 

大した意味はなかったとしても、ポジティブな言葉は
できるだけ口に出して、言ったり聞いたりした方が
いいと思います⭐︎。

Even though the words themselves don't have much meaning in them,
positive words should be said or heard as much as possible. 
Aunque las palabras no tienen muchos sentidos, 
las de positivas deberían ser dicho o oído lo mas posible, pienso. 

私が住んでる日本の文化ではお店ではそういう言い方はしないので
（その代わりに他にたくさんの気遣いがありますが）、
特に新鮮に感じました♪

In Japan, where I live, we don't hear those phrases in shops or restaurants, 
(well of course, we have other expressions of hospitality), 
so they sounded specially nice to me. 
En Japón donde vivo, no usamos estas palabras normalmente 
en tiendas o restaurantes, aunque hay otras más expresiones de hospitalidad. 
Por eso me suenan especialmente bueno para mi.

素敵なところをできるだけたくさん発見していきたいと
思いました^^

I would like to find many little nice things about my own culture
and other cultures too! 
Me gustaría buscar las cosas pequeñas y bonitas sobre mi cultura y 
la de otras también^^.

ポルトガルのずっと南の街

Faro に行きました⭐︎

とても小さな街で、全部歩いて回れてしまうほどです^^ .

明るくて綺麗な海辺の街です⭐︎

I visited a town called Faro, far south in Portugal. 
Faro is so tiny and you can even walk in the entire town.
It's a bright and beautiful seaside town. 

Faro é uma cidade muito pequena y bonita. 
Pode caminhar o tudo de cidade. 

古い壁が目立ちました。

I noticed quite a few very old buildings. 

Tem muito construção muito antigos.  

すぐ近くのTaviraという街もとてものどかで

美しかったです^^ 

The neighborhood town, Tavira was also so peaceful and pretty. 

Uma cidade perto, Tavira também era muito pacífica e bonita. 

市内の図書館の敷地に

可愛らしい小屋がありました✨

I found a lovely hut in the premise of the municipal library. 

Eu encontrei o barraco pequeno do lote da biblioteca. 　

静かで小さな街 Faro

人々はとても親切で平和なところでした⭐︎

言葉の勉強にも適してると思いました^^。

またいつか行けたらいいなぁと思っています。

The people there were so kind. 

It was good environment to study the language too!

I hope I can go back  again... ^^.

想像できませんでしたが、ものすごくおいしかったです。

And, tart of onion and shrimp!

Couldn't imagine what will come out but it was indeed very delicious! 

Y, la tarta de la cebolla y gamba era algo 

no había podido imaginar como sea y realmente era muy delicioso... 

ホタルイカのソテー♡

季節の食材でとっても美味しかった!

And sauté of firefly squid!

It was very seasonal and very very nice!

Y, el sauté de la calamar!

Era muy estacional y muy muy bueno! 

そしてメインのお米を詰めたフランス産うずら！

最初はかわいそうに感じましてしまいましたが

超おいしくてアっというまに食べてしまったよー^^;

And the main dish was French quail with stuffed rice!

I felt a bit sorry first,

but gone so fast in the end.... it was incredibly delicious!!

Y el plato principal era codorniz francesa con arroz rellano.

Sentí un poco triste...

pero se fue muy rapidamente! 

¡Realmente era maravilloso!

そしてデザートは生姜牛乳のアイスクリーム！

初めての美味しい味に感激！

And an ice-cream of ginger milk for desert! 

Had never had this before, and so impressed with the gorgeous taste!

Y para postre, un helado de leche con jengibre. 

No lo había experimentado antes, y fui muy impresionada por el sabor!

ゆっくりできる雰囲気です♪

ほんっとに全ておいしくて、

またいろいろいただきに行きたいです〜！

Everything was absolutely tasty! 

Loved the cozy atmosphere too.

I'd surely love to go there again^^!

どちらにも心を奪われました^^。

いろんなことを感じた旅でした。

思い出しながら、書いていきたいです。

The streets from which I somehow feel a bit of loneliness,  

and the architecture which leaves evidence of prosperity in the Age of Discovery.

 They both fascinated me⭐︎

Many thoughts came and went during this journey.

I want to keep them in writing, indulging myself in memories... 

Umas ruas de cidade, de que sinto um pouco de saudade,

e arquitetura, que deixa o sinal da prosperidade em Época dos Descobrimentos.

Ambos eram fascinante:-).

Durante este viagem, pensei muitas coisas.

⭐︎New Start⭐︎

もう３月も半ばです。

Now it's already middle of March.
Ahora ya son mediados de marzo... ¡Increíble! 

１月の新年も、新たな気持ちで開始しましたが、
日本の新年度、４月もまた新しい始まりです⭐︎

Made a fresh start in January at the new year.
And April also brings a new start in Japan⭐︎
Y comencemos el año nuevo, y abril es también el tiempo cuando 
comenzamos el nuevo año fiscal. 

代わり映えのないように見える生活が続くかもしれないけど
自分の中で、あえて今までと違うやり方・考え方を日々に取り入れてみることは
すごく大切だと思います。

Some of you may just continue the same routine in your lives, 
but still it should be very important to have a different view or way of thinking 
in your ordinary days. 
Quizás se debe continuar la rutina misma en sus vidas.
Sin embargo, debería ser importante tener visto diferente or manera de pensar 
distinto en sus vidas ordinarios. 

生活や環境が様変わりする場合もあるかもしれませんが、
自分を信じて、一番大好きで、大切なことは変わらないように
また新生活を始めていくと良いのかなぁと思います⭐︎

Some you may start a totally new life in a different place,
but wherever you will be, you should believe in yourself, and hold tight on the most important thing, which should never change. 
Quizás se debe comenzar la vida nueva totalmente en el lugar distinto,
pero dondequiera estás, deberías creer en tu mismo, y coger lo más importante,
que nunca debería cambiar. 


私の生活も、また新しいチャレンジとともに始まります。

My life starts again with a whole new challenge. 
Mi vida empieza de nuevo con un reto nuevo. 

全てが順風満帆というわけにはいきませんが、
試行錯誤をしつつ、今までうまくいかなかったところは
思い切って全然違うアプローチをしてみる勇気も
持ってみるべきだな、と思っています。

No everything has gone perfect, 
but I should still go ahead doing trial and error, 
look back what did not go well and vice versa,
and take a bold step forward, sometimes, with a totally different approach....
No todos están perfecto, pero debería seguir adelante,
revisando aveces lo que fue bien o no, con diferentes visto de puntos;-).

さてどれだけできるかな。。。

毎日自分は変わるから。
明日の自分は今日の自分と違うから、
きっと明日はもっと良くなれると信じよう⭐︎

Let's see how much I can do... ⭐︎

I change everyday.
I will be a different person tomorrow from who I am today,
so I believe that I will be a better person tomorrow♪

今日もヨガに行きました⭐︎

Went to a yoga class again today^^.

Fui a la clase de yoga hoy♪

ヨガでは、強い動きをしながらも

静寂さを保ったり、

地面に向かって強く押しながらも、

同時に上に向かって伸びたりと、

逆行しているような感じのことをしますが、

お互い逆に引っ張り合う力で、より強い力が

生まれるのだそうです⭐︎

In yoga, we maintain silence while taking a pause with a strong motion. 

Push ground strongly while extending upward further.

They all seem moving towards opposite directions but 

keeping a balance with opposing force. 

Pulling each other generates even further power. 

En el mundo de  yoga, mantenemos silencio mientras que posando con 

motion fuerte. 

Empujar la tierra mientras que extender hacia arriba.

Todos parecen movimientos hasta direcciones oposites, 

pero manteniendo un equilibrio con fuerza oposite. 

Tirando mutuamente genera hasta más poder. 

それは、ポジティブとネガティブな考えについても同じように言えます。

It goes same with positiveness and negativeness. 

El mismo aplica a la idea positiva y negativa. 

当然ポジティブ思考の方が良さそうですし

いつもそんな風にいたほうがいいんだろうと

思いがちです。

Of course, positive thinking seems better, and I also feel that 

it should be better being positive all the time.

Obviamente, pensamiento positivo parece mejor, y siento también 

que seria mejor estando positiva siempre. 

が、だからといってネガティブを全否定するのではなく

そういう自分やそういう時も受け入れる。

するとだからこそポジティブの時がより一層、力強くなれる、

ということです。

However, it does not mean that we need to totally deny all the negativeness,

but rather we should accept those times when we become negative,

because that is why we can be even more positive with strength. 

Sin embargo, no significa que hay que negar totalmente todos las ideas negativas,

pero debemos aceptar los tiempos cuando quedamos negativo,

porque por eso podemos ser hasta más positivo con fuerza. 

私ももちろん暗くなったり迷ったり、ネガティブになることが

ありますが、そういうときも、それに心を引きずられることなく

受け入れて、力にすることができたらいいのだなあと思います⭐︎

なかなか簡単ではなさそうですが。。。^^;.

心がけてみます⭐︎

Obviously, I also become blue, or wonder what to do, being negative 

in gloomy times. 

But I hope that I can accept those negative times, keeping my feeling stabled 

rather than being taken away to the negative direction, so that I can make it 

even stronger power-)! 

I know it won't be easy..... 

Well I' ll give it a try^^!

Obviamente, también siento melancólica o no se lo que debo hacer, 

siendo negativa en epoca triste. 

Sin embargo, espero que pueda aceptar los tiempos negativos, manteniendo 

mi sentimento estable, no sido llevado al dirección positivo, por eso pueda 

hacerlo como un poder muy fuerte⭐︎!

Lo se no sera fácil.... 

Bueno, vamos probarlo:-).

The first visit to the Spanish restaurant 

in OOTEMORI building, direct connection to Otemachi station;

La Pesquera MARISQUERIA.

El primera visita al restaurante español en OOTEMORI,

en el centro que directamente conecta a la estación Otemachi. 

外観からは想像できないくらい

広い店内でした！

Nice surprise to find such a large inside floor!

¡Una sorpresa buena entrar en el restaurante tan grande!

とても美しいです。。。！

And very beautiful!

It was so delicious indeed, but had never seen it as 

Spanish cuisine...

And, it was not mushroom 

but a Japanese shimeji mushroom that was used!

Y debe ser paella como ultimo plato... ⭐︎

典型的なスペイン料理という感じでは

ありませんでしたが、

大きくてとても綺麗なお店なので

大人数でわいわい集まりたいときなどに

とても良さそうです⭐︎

I didn't think that they serve typical Spanish food, 

but the restaurant was so large and beautiful,

so it should be fun to have a large gathering there:-).

No pensé que se sirve la comida típica española, 

pero el restaurante era muy grand y bonito, 

por eso debería ser muy divertido quedarse con un grupo grande 

para una fiesta^^.
