マドリードで有名な "La Violeta" は1915年創業の老舗のお菓子屋さん❀

すみれの花の味がするキャンディ　"La Violeta"はほ～んとに可愛いよ^^.

"La Violeta" es una confitería famosa en Madrid se fundó en 1915.
Especialmente "La Violeta" caramelos con el aroma violeta son muy bonitos.

"La Violeta" is a famous confectionery store in Madrid which was established in 1915.
The symbolic candy called "La Violeta" with scent of violet is very preety!  

スペインの王様、アルフォンソ13世は奥さんにこのキャンディをプレゼントしていたそうです☆

更に、当時愛人だった女優さんにも、プレゼントしていたんだって～＾＾；。

El rey Alfonso XIII le regalaba a su amante, que era la actriz que tuvo dos hijos.
Además, el rey le regalaba a su mujer también.

The King Alfonso XIII used to present this candy to his lover, who was an actress, with two children born to the king.
Further, he used to give the same candy to his wife too!


ってことは、相当美味しいんだろうなぁ～と思いましたが、
食べてみると、すっごい変わった味がしました＾＾；。
そもそも”すみれの花の味”っていうのも、ちょっとよくわかりませんが
なんとな～く芳香剤のような味のような。。。

Poreso esperaba que sería muy rico.
Sin embargo, tenía un gusto un poco extraño...
Me parece que tenga un sabor como si hubiera sido un aromatizador...

So, I had thought that it must taste really good.
However, in fact it tasted so strange...
It tasted like an air refresher or something...


特にお菓子に関しては、国によって味覚もかなり違うような気がしますが、
現代のスペイン国民にとっては、すごく美味しい味なのかなぁ。
今度スペインのお友達に聞いてみよう☺

Bueno, sobre todo sobre un dulce, pienso que un paladar debe ser muy distinto por cada país, pero me pregunto si sabe bien para los espalñoles...

The native staff of the restaurant was all so kind.

They served us with smiles and hospitality!

I would surely love to try other courses offered here,

in particular

the "Healthy First, Maca Course"

grabbed my attention....

Ah~ what an impressive demonstration it was!

原宿明治神宮にある

小さなキャンディショップ☆

At the little candy shop in Meiji Jingu, Harajuku,
you can see the live demonstration by two young craftsmen
for candy making☆

実演で、キャンディをつくるところを
全部見せてくれます！

En la pequeña tienda de caramelo en Meiji Jingu, Harajuku,
¡se puede ver la demostración por los dos artífices
para hacer caramelo!

まずは、キャンディを流し込んで
固めます。
At first, liquid candy is poured in the hot plate to get solid.

色と味をつけて、それぞれにわけて、

練ります☆

Then the candy is colored and put taste and  divided by each.

そして、それに空気を入れるために

くるくる回してた＾＾！

Then, surprisingly enough, he started to spin it to

put some air in the candy dough.

相当負荷がかかるみたいで

体力が必要なんだって～。

It seems a lot of work with considerable burden,

which must require enough physical strength!

で、夢中になって

ちょっといくつかの工程を写真を撮りそこないましたが＾＾；

And then, I got too glued to the demo,

and missed taking photos of some steps..＾＾；

いろんな色のキャンディで

絵や文字をつくって、こんなに大きな

キャンディの筒になります。

but after all, the different colors of candy got turned in to this

huge and thick tube with the picture.

で、それを二人がかりで

くるくる回しながら、

こんなにほそ～くなっちゃった！！

And then, amazingly, the two of them

started to spin it around to make it sooooo thin like this!

で、最終的には

大きく作った絵や文字が

こんなに小さなサイズになり、

こまか～い絵が実現されてたよ～～☆

Then, eventually, such large picture and words

became so tiny while maintaining the details...! 

こうやって金太郎飴って

作られるんだね＾＾

This is how the "cookie-cutter" candy is made!

最初からずっと見せてもらって完成した

It was specially delicious to try just-made candy

after enjoying all the processes!

Now I will appreciate those candies even more

now that I got an idea how complicated it is to make them^^☆

見てるだけで楽しかったけど、

選ぶのがたいへん＾＾；。

There were so many offerings in the menu, and

it was so fun but pretty hard to choose what to eat...^^;.

In the end, I couldn't choose anything

and ended up ordering the

仏教の言葉で、修行の邪魔になってしまうような、人間が自然にもってる欲のことを

意味するのだそうです☆

人がもっている感情で、何かを苦しんだり、辛いと感じる原因にもなっているんだって。

"Klesha" means obstacle or affliction in the Buddhism, which comes from natural human desires or attachment to something.

"Klesha" significa obstáculo o aflicción en el budismo, que viende de
deseo humano natural o cariño por algo.


“子煩悩”っていう言葉もありますが、子供をあまりにも大切にするあまり、

ものすごく心配したり、気をもんだり。

心が乱されてしまったり。平常心を失ってしまうほど、大好きなもの。

修行してる人たちは、そういう心に振り回されてはいけないんだね☆

"Doting parents" love the child so much that they worry about him extremely,
are badly disturbed or even could lose their mind.
Ascetic monk had better not be swayed by such desires.

"Padres locos con sus niños" aman su niño tanto que se le preocupan sumamente,
están molestados o hasta pueden perder la razón.
Asceta no debe ser influido por los deseos.


修行してない私にも、日々、いいこともあれば、辛いこともあるなぁ＾＾；。

いいことは、思いっきり喜んで、ご機嫌になって良いよね＾＾❤

でも、苦しいことがあったら、やっぱりちょっといやだよ><。

In my life too, even though I am not pursuing practices, good things and bad things happen.
For good things, I can fully enjoy them and feel just happy, right?
But on contrary, if bad things happen, it may naturally trouble me.

Con las cosas buenas, podré totalmente disfrutarme y sentir contenta, ¿no?

it will be totally up to us individuals on how to accept it and how to respond to it.

Of course, we have ups and downs in our lives, and I am sure we will this year too.
But, what to make out of them is all up to us.

いろいろあった去年だったと思うけど、とりあえず仕切り直して、

新しく始まる年は、好き放題希望でいっぱいにして、始めよ～～＾＾♪

However the past year ended, anyway let's reset everything
and make this very new year full of hopes and desires as you like♪

y hacer este año nuevo lleno de deseos y esperanzas como queria✰

さて、まずは新年の抱負を考えてみよう✰。
だいたい最初だけで、そのまま守れなくなっちゃったりすることもあるけど＾＾；

でも、大きい目標、中くらいの目標、小さい目標、いろいろ。

大きい目標に向かって、小さい目標に日々向きあってみようかな～♪

毎日毎日、無理ないことで、それか、気付かない程度のほんのちょっとの頑張りで、

自然に大きな目標に到達できるように✰

Well, now let's first start with thinking about new year's resolution✰
It often happens that we decide one but soon forget about it... ^^;
But we should have targets for this year, the challenging one, achievable one and easy one..
For the big and challenging target, why don't we first try to achieve daily target without missing it.
Constant efforts, which should be feasible to continue every day, should naturally lead us to the big target＾＾！ 

Bueno, ya al principio vamos comenzar pensar sobre buenos propósitos de Año Nuevo.
Con frecuencia se les olviden pronto, después algun tiempo...
Pero, debemos tener metas para este año, lo que spone un desafío, lo que es alcanzable y lo que es fácil...
Para la meta grande y díficil, ¿porque no intentar conseguir la meta pequeña y diaria sin perderlo?
Los esfuerzos constantes, que deberian ser viable de consinuar cada día, deberían naturalmente llevarnos a la meta grande☺.


そして今年はヘビ年ξ！

好きなこと、楽しいこと、大切なことに向かって、
試練や困難も、くねくねにょろにょろ（＾＾？）柔軟に、しなやかに、
切り抜けていけるような、
そんな1年にしましょう～～～～♪！！！！

Towards what you like, what makes you happy, and what you care about,
let's get through hardships and difficulties flexibly and lithely like snakes☺this year♪!!
