スペイン語を勉強し始めて、かれこれ10年近くにもなるのかも。。。！

¡Bueno, quizás casi 10 años han pasado desde empecé español!
Ah... it may be almost 10 years since I started Spanish! 

いろんな学校で、いろんな先生に教わり、今に至ります^^☆

He estudiado de maestros variados en instituciones variados hasta hoy.
I have been learning from various teachers at various institutions to today. 

スペイン語を始めたきっかけが、時々よみがえります。

Aveces, recuerdo los memorias como empecé estudiar español en cual entonces.
Sometimes, the memories are brought back how I started Spanish back then. 

英語の通訳のお仕事を始めたばかりの当時、
初めて通訳として英語を使う難しさにぶちあたりました。

子供の頃から大好きで、得意だった英語が、
ビジネスの世界では、自分が精通していない分野では、
本当にわからなくて、難しくて、どうしようもなくなってしまいました。

大好きで、いつも味方だった英語が、怖くて嫌いになりそうになりました。

できない辛さと、英語が怖くなった悲しさで、泣いていた日々。

En cuanto empecé trabajar como interprete de inglés,
me enfrenté dificultades interpreter en inglés.

No pude seguir conversación  y reuniones en el mundo de negocio 
y el campo que no sabiá bien. 
Estaba muy perdida en inglés lo que siempre me gustó y tenía confianza.

Ya tuve gran miedo y estuve muy triste que quizás iba tener antipatía a inglés...

As soon as I just started to working as an English interpreter, 
I  faced hardship in using English as an interpreter. 

I could not keep up the conversations and meetings in the business world 
and the field that I was not familiar with, and I was so lost in English, 
which I had loved and had been so confident of since my childhood.

I was so afraid and sad that I was about to dislike English... 

私は、対策を考えました。このままではいけないと。

Y, pensé y pensé mucho sobre una contramedida.
So, I thought and thought about the countermeasure... 

ただ面白くて、楽しく勉強していた英語。
既に大昔のことだったけど、そのときのことを思い出そうと思いました。

Y empecé intenter recordar los días buenos cuando me gustó mucho estudiar inglés.
Then I started to try to remember the good old days:-)
 when I loved studying English and I just enjoyed it☆

そのために、新しい言葉を学ぼうって、思いました。

Y, para recordarlo, pensé sobre comenzar aprender un nuevo idioma.
To remember that, I thought of starting a new language! 

何語でも良かったのです。

No me importaba cual idioma era. 
It didn't matter any language that would be. 

たまたま学生の時にイギリスで出会ったスペイン人のスザンナという女の子と
仲良くなったので、スペイン語にしました。
スペインへ、彼女と家族を訪ねる時に、少し使えれば楽しいだろう、って
思ったのです。

Y elegí español porque había encontrado una chica española Susanna en Inglaterra cuando era estudiante, y quería visitarla y su familia en España un día.  

And I chose Spanish as I had met a Spanish girl Susanna in England when I was a student and wanted to visit her and her family in Spain one day. 

こうやって、私のスペイン語学習は始まりました。

Es como lo que empecé español.
That's how I started to study Spanish.

学校に通い、とても基本的な文法から入りました。

Empecé con gramática española muy básica. 
I started with a very basic Spanish grammar. 

もちろん英語の通訳のお仕事で必死の私は
スペイン語をそこまで勉強することもできず、
ただ授業に出るだけの取り組み方になってしまいましたが、
それでも、語学を学ぶ楽しさを思い出しました。

En principio, estaba luchando mucho con mi trabajo como interprete inglés,
por eso no pude dedicarme mucho a estudiar español.
Pero, todavía pude recordar como divertido era aprender un idioma.  

Obviously as I was so struggling with my job as English interpreter,
I could not really dedicate myself to studying Spanish, 
and I ended up just attending classes.
But still it made me recall joy to learn a language☆

それに、当然英語の方がずっとできたので、
スペイン語の授業で苦労した後に、英語でお仕事すると、
やっぱり英語はラクだなあ、と思えるようになりました。

Además, por supuesto, inglés era más fácil que español, 
por eso pude sentir relajado trabajando con inglés. 

Further, needless to say, English was much easier for me than Spanish at that time,
so I was able to feel much more relaxed  working in English. 

そして、少しずつ、少しずつ、自信を取り戻すことが出来るようになりました☆

Y, poco a poco, pude recobrar confianza... 
Then, eventually and gradually, I was able to regain confidence. 

英語の通訳のお仕事が軌道に乗ってきてからも、
スペイン語のお勉強は続けました。
特に何か明確な目的があったわけでもなく、
ただただ、続けました。

Después mi trabajo en inglés empecé ir por buen camino, seguía español.
No tenía ninguna meta especial pero solamente lo continué.

After my work in English got on track, I still continued Spanish.
I did not have any particular goal or anything 
but I just continued. 


少しずつ形態を変えつつ、勉強は今でも続いています^^.

Mi forma de estudio ha cambiado un poco, pero todavía ha continuado hoy. 
My study form has been slightly changing, but I am still studying today.


そして今では、スペイン語で通訳のお仕事もさせていただけるようになりました☆
（本当に周囲の皆様の寛大さのおかげ以外、なにものでもないのですが。。。^^;.)

¡Y, ahora, me da oportunidad de interpretar in español para mi trabajo!
Bueno, solamente gracias a generosidad de todos... 

And now, I am given opportunity to interpret in Spanish for work!
Well, all thanks to generosity of all.... 

10年前、どうしていいかわからず始めたスペイン語でお仕事ができるなんて
当然想像もしませんでした。

Hace 10 años, cuando estaba muy perdida, sabía nada lo que hacer, 
nunca pude  imaginar que iba interprete en español.
10 years ago, when I was so lost, knowing nothing what to do, did not even imagine 
that I would work interpreting in Spanish. 

でも、何かをやめないってことは、そういうことなのかもしれません。

Sin embargo, solamente seguir haciendo algo sin parar deberá traerte algo inesperado...
But, just keep doing something without discontinuation may bring you something unexpected.

スペイン語に、沢山助けられました☆

Español ha me ayudado mucho. 
Spanish has helped me so much. 

沢山の国で使われているスペイン語のおかげで、世界も広がりました^^

Español, se habla en muchos países ha ensanchado mi mundo y visto.
Spanish, spoken in many countries has widen my world and views. 

今では英語と同じくらい大好きで、大切です♡

Ahora, español es importante como inglés para mi, y me gustan ambos igualmente. 
Now, Spanish is just as important as English to me, and I equally love the two. 

実力はまだまだですから、これからもっと勉強して力をつけて、
チャンスを広げて行きたいです☆

¡Tengo todavía montón de aprender, por eso estoy determinado estudiar más para tomar más oportunidades! 
I have far too much to go ahead yet, so I am determined to study more to seize more 
opportunities! 


そして、そして、次はポルトガル語も^^!!

and getting close to the second-ranked English.

It gets so much attention and valued as the second language in the U.S. 
Llama la atención mucho como segunda idioma en EE.UU. 

アメリカのヒスパニックビジネスは３兆ドルにもおよび、
一番人気のテレビ番組もスペイン語なんだってー！

Hispanic business volume in the U.S amounts as much as to 3 trillion dollars, 
and the most popular TV program is aired in Spanish too! 
El numero de negocio hispano es ya tres billón, y televisión estadounidense con más espectadores es en lengua española. 

ニューヨーク市長のブルームバーグさんは
市でラテンコミュニティが発展し始めた12年くらい前から
スペイン語を学び始め、今では2か国語のスピーチが恒例だそうです。

Mr. Bloomberg, the New York mayor already started to learn Spanish 
when Latin community started to emerge in the city.
Now it is his custom to make a speech in the two languages!

日本では、なかなかその重要性に変化は見られないけど、
でも将来まちがいなくより多くのチャンスをもたらしてくれそうなスペイン語☆。

Although the importance has not seemed that changed in Japan yet,
it surely should bring us lots more opportunities in the future...☆
Aunque su importancia no aún aparece cambiado mucho en Japón,
seguramente deberá traernos más oportunidades en el futuro...

Well, I've got to devote myself to it to catch the opportunities when they come...!

気持ちの数だけ、

言葉ってあるのかな？

Would "words" exist for the same number
as feeling and emotion?

¿"Palabras" existieran de mismo número
de lo de sensación o emoción?

気持ちがなかったら、
それを表す

言葉も存在しないものね。

Well, if certain feeling does not exist,
the word that represents the feeling
wouldn't exist either, right?

Bueno, si cierta sensación no existe,
la palabra que representala
no existiría también, ¿verdad?

感情を表すような
たくさんの語彙を知って
意味を学べば

その心情や心も自分のものにできるかも。。。？

If I learn lots of vocabulary of emotion
and the meaning,
maybe I could acquire the feeling and sentiment
of such as well....?

Si aprendo mucho vocabulario de emoción,
quizás podré aprender la sensación o sentimiento
también...?

例えば語彙が少ない民族っているのかな。

そういう人たちは、
私達が持ってるような
いろんな気持ちがないのかな？

For instance,
if some nations have only a limited range of vocabulary
they may not have certain feeling
that we have...?

Por ejemplo,
si unas nacionalidades tienen solamente algun vocabulario
quizás ellas no tendrían emoción cierta
que tenemos...?

 

もしかして、文化や伝統によっては、

もってない感覚とか。。。

Maybe certain people
may not own certain emotion
for the particular
culture or tradition...

Cierta gente no tendría
cirta emoción
por la cultura o tradición...

当然あります。

だから通訳するのも大変。

That's why it's tough to interpret those as well.

Por eso es duro interprete tal gente también.

 

本当に人と人の架け橋となり、
渡っても壊れないような道になるには、

そんな違う言葉や、
自分にはもってない気持ちや感覚も、
理解できないとね✰

To serve as a bridge between a person and another
for their communication
that would not fall apart,
I would have to understand and interpret
such unfamiliar words
or feeling and sense
that I do not own.

Para que sirva como puente entre una persona y otra
para su comunicación
que no se derribará,
tendría que entender y interpret
tal palabra desconocida
o sensación y concept
que no tengo.

ちなみに
そんなことって、
別に違う民族や国籍じゃなくても
しょっちゅうあるなぁ～。

Well, in fact
even those with the same nationality
could also encounter
such situation.

Bueno en realidad,
hasta la gente con nacionalidad misma
podria estar en tal situación.



自分じゃ想像できないような
発想したり
考え方したり、
言葉を使う人は
同じ国籍の人でもいます＾＾。

There are people
who have some ideas or concepts
and use some words
that I could never imagine or think about
even we share the same nationality.


Hay gente que tiene unas ideas y conceptos
y usa unas palabras
que nunca imagino y hasta pienso
aunque compartimos la nacionalidad misma.

But
I would like to be able to
understand and interpret
any person's mind
and explain it in my own words!

Sin embargo,

Open up my mind so that
I can accept any words and thoughts.

And
if I can draw on someone else's experience
by capturing the feeling and emotion
that haven't existed in myself,
that would be so rewarding
and I would be pleased.

❢More Oxímoron❢

My lovely friends thought of their own examples of 

"oxymorons"! 

"crazily calm"

There was so much urgent work to do that 

when she was able to stay calm, it just seemed completely bizarre!

"happily crying" 

He thought of the situation where someone weeps 
because they are happy not sad☺

Me ha dado más ejemplo de oxímoron...

"instante eterno" 

Algo que por su fuerza se hace increible y parece que nunca acabe..

永遠の一瞬
えっ、そんなのある？！
"eternal instant", would that be possible?!

永遠に続くみたいに感じる一瞬。


あるある＾＾。
Yes, possible. Si, Si! 


大勢の前で、頭が一瞬真っ白になっちゃったとき。
永遠の一瞬。。。
こわすぎる。


Me quedé en blanco delante de gran némero de la gente.
Sufri mucho por "instante eterno"....


My mind went completely blank in front of a large audience, 
and suffered from such an "eternal instant"...

いや！もっと素敵な永遠の一瞬もあるはず☆


¡Debe de existir instante eterno más bonito! 

There must be much nicer eternal instant!

¿Oxímoron?

Oxymoronとは

矛盾した比喩的表現のこと。


日本語では、あんまりないかな・・・。

Oxymoron is a figure of speech with combination of contradictory terms.
The typical example is "open secret"!


Oxímoron es una figura lógica con combinación de los términos contradictorios.
El ejemplo típico es "instante eterno"...?! 

たとえば

典型的な例が
open secret!


Secretは秘密なのに
それがopen ってどういうこと＾＾？！ 

矛盾してる！


意味は”公然の秘密”
なるほど、これは普通にあり得る言葉です。


Well in fact, although the two terms look so contradictory 
in the respective meaning,
the combined phrase just means normal.
Such an expression could be more effective.

Aunque los dos términos parecen contradictorios 
en sus sentidos, el combinación significa normal.
El expresión tal como puede ser más efectivo.


英語の単語としては
つなげるのがヘンに感じるけど。。。
こういう語法が
逆により効果的なことがあるのです☆


他にも
pretty awful　とか。

かわいい prettyなのに
awful　ヒドイ？！ 
矛盾してる！


Another example could be 
"pretty awful" 


と思いそうですが
この場合のprettyは “非常に”という程度を表す意味なので
“かなりひどい”という意味です。


言葉はやっぱりおもしろい☺
Language is just so interesting again.

たとえば、
agonizing rest.
rest は“安息”や“お休み”

ところが、その前の agonizingは、“苦しい・苦痛な”という意味。
“苦痛の安息”？！


For instance, how about 
"agonizing rest"?!
Por ejemplo, como va con 
¿¡"descanso atroz"!?


これは、最近の私の状況＾＾；。


This in fact represents my recent condition... 
Actualmente, era condición reciente de miyo... 


ヒドイ風邪で苦しみながら
全てを休んで、体を休めた、
私には必要な安息の時期だった、
という意味です♪


I suffered from terrible cold,
but by cancelling all, I had a good long rest 
which my body had actually needed. 


Sufrí mucho de resfriado terrible,
pero por cancelando todos, tuve  descanso largo,
que mi cuerpo necesitaba realmente.

Language is so interesting.
Lenguaje es muy interesante.

それは、言葉そのものが人間だから。

言葉そのものが文化だから。


It is because language is the human.
Language is the culture.
Es porque lenguaje representa humano.
Lenguaje es la cultura.

だから、説明もつけられないくらい、

いろいろで、

面白い＾＾。


That's why language has countless aspects that cannot be even explained.
That's why it is so interesting. 
Por eso, tiene aspectos  innumerables que hasta no se puede explicar. 
Por lo tanto, es muy interesante.

特に面白いと思うのが、

日本語の

オノマトペ

；擬態語・犠牲語　のことです☺。


What  I found particularly interesting is 
onomatopoeia in Japanese；
imitative words.
Especialmente, creo que onomatopeya en japonés es muy interesante. 

私は、通訳するときも

ときどき

使ってしまいます❢


I can't resist using some for interpretation 
from time to time. 
Yo uso unos a veces para traducción también.

日本語では、

それが、そのときの様子や感情を

一番よく表せる、

聞き手の想像を膨らませ

一番じっくり

わかってもらえる、と

思えるときがあるからです☆


In Japanese, I often find such words can best describe 
the subject situation or emotion,
so that listeners can best understand 
by stimulating their imagination. 
Pienso con frecuencia que las palabras tal como onomatopeya pueden 
describir la situación o emoción en la manera mejor en japonés, 
y los oyentes podrán entenderlo mejor por hinchando su imaginación.

例えば、

♪わくわく♪

もともと「興味が沸く」の「沸く」から生まれた言葉のようですが、

きっと、英語でもスペイン語でも

「心がはずむ」とか

「心が躍る」とか

そういう説明的な表現でしか

言い表せないのではないかな？


For instance, 
Waku-Waku in Japanese
which expresses the condition of mind that is excited or thrilled.  
It seems to be originated from the Japanese words "Waku" 
meaning "something like interest or feeling is generated".
But in English and Spanish, I would assume that there is no such onomatopoeia 
but rather explanatory expression, such as 
"get restless or excited, thrilled", etc...would be required.


Por ejemplo, 
Waku-Waku en japonés expresa la condición de la emoción 
que es enthusiamado, o contentísimo.
La palabra se origina de lo japonés "Waku" que significa 
"sensación como interés o emoción es generado".
Sin embargo, creo que no hay onomatopeya tal como en inglés ni en español,
sino hay que usar expresión explicativo, como
"enthusiasmarse, o hacerse ilusiones" etc...

は、その音からも、

本当にわくわくしてくる感じ☆


The one word "Waku-Waku" 
really gives an impression of excitement with jovial and fun taste☆
La palabra "Waku Waku"
actualmente genera impreción de excitación o entusiasmo con sabor divertido.

どうして日本語はこういう擬声語・擬態語が多いのかな！

英語でもスペイン語でも流行ればいいのに＾＾

Waku-Wakuって、けっこう簡単そう。

去年Waka-Waka が流行ってたし、簡単そう☀

Wonder why Japanese language has quite a few onomatopoeia!
It would be nice if this word gets popular in English or Spanish as well.
Waku-Waku doesn't seem so difficult ...
given that Waka-Waka was so popular last year＾＾.
Me pregunto porque lengua japonésa tiene muchos palabras onomatopoeias...
Sería bien si este palabra queda popular en inglés y español también.
Waku-Waku no sone tan difícil... 
dado que Waka-Waka estaba tan popular en el año pasado♪
