I think some people like you do not have to use a diary because all the important matters are in your brain!
I also struggle achieving my goals, so that one day I thought I should make at least one or two very easy ones which are certainly achievable..! Accumulation of them and small efforts day by day will hopefully get us to somewhere much higher...!
