The Asado (Argentina Grill) course looks like this ♪
ミニサイズのエンパナーダ（アルゼンチンの肉のパイ）とサラダ☆
Empanada (Argentine meat pie) and salad
チョリソーとモルシーリャ（豚の血の腸詰め＾＾；）
柔らかくてすっごく美味しいよ～❤
血の腸詰も、そんなに濃い味じゃなくて大丈夫♪
Chorizo and Morcilla (stuffed with pig's blood, onion, spice, etc)
were so tender and tasty❤
The morcilla was not too strong and it was fine for us too＾＾

お肉いっぱい＾＾！
And chicken and pork! More meat!
セビーチェ（シーフードマリネ）とコスティーヤ（骨付き牛カルビ)
更にお肉だよ～☆

アルゼンチンの方々はお魚はあまり食べないのでしょうか？
そうそう、アルゼンチンといえばタンゴ！
あの情熱的な踊りには何とも魅了されますが、それも肉中心の食事が関係しているのかな？なんてちょっと考えました。
そしてアルゼンチン・タンゴといえば、わたしはピアソラの音楽とバンドネオンの音色がとても好きです。
ある意味、日本とは対極的な国といえるのかしら？
