昨日からスペインの消費税(IVA)があがってしまいました！
物によって税率が違うけど、
既に18%と高かったほとんどのものの率が21%になってしまうんだって(>_<)！

From yesterday, September 1st 2012, VAT was raised in Spain!
The rate varied depending on goods and services, etc but 
the one on the majority of things was 18%, which is now 21%!

A partir de ayer, el día 1 de septembre 2012, ¡IVA subió en España!
La tasa varía depende de las cosas y servicios, pero
la de mayoria de cosas era 18%, y ¡ahora ya es 21%!

更に、メガネやコンタクト、映画館や美容院、などは
いきなり8%から21%に！大変～～～><!!

Further, things like glasses, contact lenses, cinema and hairdressers, etc
jumped from 8% to 21%!!

Además, las cosas como gafas, lentes de contacto, cine y peluquería, etc
saltó de repente de 8% a 21%!

日本ではず～っと消費税の話が続いているのに
失業率も超高いスペインで、けっこう思い切ってやるんだなぁ。。。

The dialogue on consumption tax has been going on for a long time in Japan,
but the drastic measure was taken in Spain, where unemployment rate is so high...

El diálogo de tasa de consumo está continuando por largo tiempo en Japón,
pero, la medida drástica fue tomado en España, donde la tasa de desempleo es muy alto...

I suppose Spanish people are suffering so much.

が、その割に、人々は意外に明るそうな感じもします＾＾；。

Having said that, the people there somehow seem pretty cheerful...
Sin embargo, la gente ahí parece muy alegre...


毎年8月末にバレンシアで行われるお祭り "La Tomatina"　では
今年も変わらず、40,000人もの人が集まって、120,000 キロのトマト（もったいない～><）を投げ合ってお祭りしたそうです＾＾；。

In Valencia, at the end of August, just as every year, the festival "La Tomatina" was taken place where 40,000 people gathered to throw 120,000 kilos of tomatoes each other!
Oh..what a waste...><

En Valencia, el fin de agosto, como cada año, la fiesta "La Tomatina" tuvó lugar,
donde unos 40.000 gente se congregaron y lanzaron unos 120.000 kilo de tomates!
¡Qué desperdicio..!


経済状況も厳しくて、日々影響がある消費税もあがっちゃうのに
明るいんだなぁ～。
どうしてかな＾＾；。
そういう気質かな☺。

Obviously, the country is in the stagnant economy and VAT increases, which must directly affect people's daily life.
Wonder why they can still be so cheerful＾＾；...
Maybe they are born with such quality of personality...

Obviamente, el país está en la economía estancada y IVA subió, que debería ser gran impacto directo a la vida diaria de gente.
Me pregunto porque todavía pueden ser tan alegre..
Quizás tienen el carácter por naturaleza.

2012年一位の国は ☆コスタリカ☆

According to HPI, the 1st ranked country for 2012 was ☆Costa Rica☆.
Según HPI, el país que ganó el primer lugar este año 2012 era Costa Rica.


生活に対する満足度・平均寿命・環境への負担　などの要素で構成されるHPI.

HPI consists of elements such as satisfaction with the life, average life expectancy, and environmental burden.
HPI está compuesto de unos elementos como satisfacción por la vida, el promedio de vida, y carga de medio ambiente.

Costa Rica ってどんな国なんだろう❤
G20にも入ってないし、普段ニュースでも聞かないなぁ。

Wonder what the country is like, Costa Rica...
It is not one of G20 countries and I don't really hear much about it in news...

でも、スペイン語圏だし、HPIのランキングにはスペイン語圏の国が多いみたい＾＾。

Well, anyway, it is a Spanish-speaking country, and it seems that many of those
are in the ranking of HPI☺
Bueno, por lo menos, es un país de hispanohablante, y parece que mucho de ellos
están en el ranking de HPI.

根拠はよくわからないけど＾＾；
どうやら幸せな人が多いみたい♪

Never know what the ground is... but anyway,
it seems that many people are happy there＾＾.
No tengo ningun idea porque... pero bueno,
parece que mucha gente es muy feliz ahí...


よし☆　スペイン語はこのまま頑張って、上達し続けるように努力しよう☆

Well, why not continue to work hard on Spanish language to keep improving it♪
Bueno! ¿Por qué no continuar trabajando mucho por idioma español para mejorarlo?
