もう今年も残り３ヶ月を切りました！

Only three months to go this year...! 
¡Solamente tres meses hasta el fin de este año...! 

はやいな〜^^;.

Time flies.
El tiempo vuela. 

気づいたらもう年末。。。ということになっていそうだけど、

それまでにもまだまだやりたいことは沢山で、

できることも大量にあります^^☆

The rest of the year may have passed so fast, but I still have tons of things that I want to do this year, and there is still plenty of time! 

El resto del año deberá pasar muy rápidamente, pero todavía tengo muchas cosas que hacer este año, y hay todavía tempo de sobra.


最近、日本の成長戦略について改めて話を聴く機会がありました。

Recently I had an opportunity to listen again about the growth strategy of Japan. 
Recientemente, tuve una oportunidad de escuchar sobre la estrategia para crecimiento de Japón. 

多様性を活かして個性の力を強めつつ
投資を促進して新たな事業に挑戦したり
新たな市場を創って
世界にも目を向けて進出しいこう

っていうことですが、

That is,

leverage diversity and enhance individual capability,
promote investment to enter in new business, 
create new market 
and look our any opportunity in the world.

Es decir, 

utiliza diversidad y reforzar capacidad individual,
promover inversión para entrar en negocios nuevos,
crear mercados nuevos
y buscar cualquiera oportunidad en el mundo.

自分にも言えるなぁ、と思いました☆

And I realized that I can apply this strategy to my own.

Y, realicé que puedo aplicar esta estrategia a mi misma.


自分の強みは何かな、と考えてそれを活かしつつ
自分に投資をして新しいこと学んだり知識をつけて
新しい場所にも挑戦してみて
そして将来は世界にも目を向けて活動してみたいです^^

Thinking about my own strength, and leveraging it,
invest to myself to learn and acquire something new, 
taking on challenges in new fields, 
and advance my activities towards to the international environment in the future:-).

Pensando sobre mi propia ventaja y la aprovechando,
invertir en mi misma para aprender y adquirir algo nuevo,
desafiar en campos nuevos
y avanzar mis actividades al mundo en el futuro. 


決して簡単ではないけれど、
せっかくなのでやってみよう！って思います ☆

I know it will never be an easy way.
But there is no reason for not to try^^.

Lo se que no será nunca fácil,
pero no hay ningún razón por que no lo haga.

国の成長のことを考えると、大掛かりで大変そうだけど
まずは自分のことを考えてみようと思います^^.

Thinking about the nation's growth, it seems so big and overwhelming, 
but first of all, why don't I think about myself. 

Pensando sobre el crecimiento nacional parece demasiado grande y inconsolable, 
pero por primero, porque no pienso sobre mi misma.

小さな一歩ばかりだけど、少しずつでも成長していきたいと思います^^

こんな気持ちで今年も更に進んで行きます☆

I know I can just make small one steps, but still I want to keep improving...
And this is how I want to move forwards every day for the rest of this year^^! 

Lo se que puedo dar solamente un paso pequeño adelante cada vez, 
pero todavía quiero seguir desarrollarme. 
¡Y quiero adelantar con esta expectación por el resto del este año^^!
