最近、また時々思うのですが、
ずーっと永遠に続くものというのは無いんだなぁ、とあらためて
感じています。

I often think, and even more so recently, that nothing will last forever...
Pienso mucho, sobre todo en estos días que nada sigue para siempre.

それは、決してネガティブなことじゃなくて、
辛い時も、永遠には続かないんだ、と信じられます。

That does not have to be negative, because I can believe that 
difficult times will never last for ever. 
Pero no necesita que ser negativo, porque creo que tiempos difíciles tampoco 
continuaran permanentemente. 

同時に、良い時も、必ずしも良い時ばかりじゃないんだ、と
自分に言い聞かせます。
でも、どんな状況も、自分次第で良いものにさせることもできるはず、
とも信じています⭐︎

At the same time, good times will not last for ever either.
But I also believe that any situation could turn into positive if you try. 
Al mismo tiempo, tiempos buenos continuaran tampoco.
Sin embargo, creo que cualquiera situación puede ser positivo si quieres. 

今は変化をしたくないタイミングだったのに、変化を余儀なくされることもあります。
でも、それをいかに自分にとってポジティブなものにできるか、
それも新しい挑戦。

Sometimes, you cannot avoid changes on contrary to your will.
You may want to flee way from it, but it is also an opportunity to challenge yourself
to change it something positive. 
Aveces, no se puede avoider los cambios aunque no se quiere.
Quizás se quiere escaparse pero se puede ser una oportunidad de desafiar a mismo 
para cambiarlo algo positivo. 

ぜったい変わらないかけがえないのないものは、そのまま大切に。
そして、自分への挑戦を続けていきたいです。

Keep what is indispensable to you as it is. 
And we should enjoy challenging ourselves :-)

ずっと緑のままじゃないけど、

見つけた時の感動を、押し花にして

ずーっととっておきます⭐︎

Four-leaf clover, which we found in Parc Guell in Barcelona.

It won't be green and fresh forever, but 

I will keep the excitement and pleasure when we found it 

in my heart and in a form of pressed flower!
