いよいよ2015年も終わりに近づいています！

Finally the year 2015 is going to end...!

いろいろありました。

So many things happened to me and to the world. 
Muchas cosas ocurrieran a mi y al mundo.

今年の目標を振り返ると

1. 走ること
2.考えないこと

でした。

This year's goals were 
1. Run
2. Don't think. 

Let's see how well I did....

1. Corer
2. No pensar demasiado 

できたかなー。

今年の前半はなかなかよく走れました^^
でも後半はほとんどダメだったので、
また来年は頑張ります☆

I ran a lot in the first half of the year, but not at all in the second half.
I will try more next year!

Yo corre mucho en el primero mitad del año pero, nada en el segundo mitad. 
¡Intentaré más el año que viene!

考えないようにすることは、やっぱり私には難しい時がありました。
でもつい考え過ぎそうになると、それを意図的にやめようとして
やめることはできたと思います。
考え過ぎて、でも、何も結論に至らない、という経験を
いやというほど過去にしたからだと思います。

It was still hard for me not to think too much, 
but when I was about to think too much.I intentionally stopped.
I was able to do so because I had had so much experiences of thinking too much
and ended up in nothing. 

Todavía fue difícil no pensar mucho, pero pude parar pensando con intention,
cuando iba pensar demasiado. 
Lo pude, porque pienso que había tenido bastante experiencia pensar demasiado para nada. 

今年は、新しい経験、新しい挑戦がものすごく多くて
止まらずに生きていきたい自分には合っていたと思います。

This year brought me so many new experiences and new challenges, 
and was great for me, who never wants to stop moving ahead in the life. 

Este año me trajo muchas experiencias nuevas y oportunidades para desafiar,
y fue fantastico para mi, que nunca quiero parar moviendo en la vida. 

こんなにいろいろあった年だったけど、
来年は、もっと更に実行したいし、もっと広げたいです。

I don't want to be satisfied with this, but want to execute far more things 
and expand my activities next year. 

No quiero estar satisfecha con esto, sino quiero hacer muchas mas cosas y ampliar 
mis actividades al año que viene. 

今までやったことなかったことに挑戦し、自分の可能性を広げたいと
思っています。
私には、知らないことやわからないことが未だに多すぎて、
その余地はありすぎるほどです。
自分がどう変化できるか、楽しみ！

I want to try something new and expand my possibilities.
There are still so many things that I don't know and don't understand in this world 
and there is so much room to expand.
Feeling excited about changes in myself!

Quiero probar las cosas nuevas y ampliar mis posibilidades.
Hay muchísimas cosas en el mundo que no sé ni comprendo.
Tengo ilusión sobre los cambios en mi misma.

早いもので、もう2015年も終わりが近づいてきました！

12月は、日頃あまり会えない人にも会う機会があったり、

誕生日もあったりして、普段と違う気持ちになれます⭐︎

Getting closer to the end of 2015...! 

In the month of December, I get gather with those whom I wouldn't have much change to meet, and I get celebrated for my birthday. So this season makes me feel somewhat special...

¡Ya el fin del año esta muy cerca..!
Diciembre es un mes muy especial para mi porque mis cumpleaños y unos más citas con los amigos. 


もう結構な回数、誕生日を迎えてますが（^^;)、

今年も母からは恒例の”にゃーみクッキー”来ました！

にゃーみは大昔、家族で大切に飼っていた可愛すぎる白ねこです♡

なんと母は私の年の数だけにゃーみクッキーを

誕生日にプレゼントしてくれます^^。


I know I have had so many birthdays in my life so far^^;, 
and as every year, I received the special "Nyami cookies" from my mum.
Nyami is a beautiful white cat, which we used to own many years ago.
Guess what, Mum makes as many cookies as my age for every birthday! 

¡Cada mis cumpleaños, mi mama me manda las galletas de forma de nuestra gata, que tuvimos hace muchos años, del número de mi edad!
Son mucho ahora^^;

また一年経って、ひとつ増えるんだなぁと想いながら

作ってくれているのかなぁ⭐︎

私も、また一年経って、ひとつ増えたんだなぁ、と想って

可愛いにゃーみを食してます⭐︎。

I wonder if she feels how fast one year passed when she is making so many cookies. 
I also feel that another year passed again looking back all that I did this year.

Me pregunto si mi mama sienta mucho sobre el rapidez un año pasa.
Yo también lo pienso mismo. 

ただひとつずつ増えていくのもいいけど、

どうせだったら、毎回ひとつ以上の成長や変化を

自分の中で生み出せるようにしたいと思ってます^^

去年より、ひとつ多いにゃーみの重みを感じます⭐︎

Simply incrementing by one every year is nothing wrong,
but thinking about "one year, I really want to make changes and develop myself 
as much more than just one. 
One more Nyami to the last year should mean a lot.... 

Cada ves, uno más de la galleta y uno más de edad.
¡Pero, yo quiero crecer más que uno!


今年もなかなかめいっぱいの一年でした。。。と

振り返るのは、また今度です！

まだまだ今年を今以上のものにする時間が、あと３週間くらいもあるです^^。

のんびりしてる時間はないのです^^!!

It is still too early to look back this year, which was already surely so eventful. 
There are still three weeks to go to make this year even more special and exciting!
Will be with my utmost efforts to keep moving:-).

Bueno, todavía es demasiado temprano de que reflexionar sobre este año.
Hay casi tres semanas para hacer este año hasta más interesante y especial;-)

とても本格的なモンゴル料理です！

My first experience with 

authentic Mongolian food! 

In the residential area of Sugamo,

all of sudden the atmospheric building comes into view...! 

This is a traditional restaurant

Shilingol, 

founded in 1995. 

巣鴨の住宅街に

突然異国の雰囲気が。。。^^;

¡Mi primer experience con la comida Mongolia 

muy autentica! 

En la zona residential de Sugamo,

situa este restaurante 

Shilongol, que parece muy distinto. 

内装も本格的です！

基本的に中華っぽい感じ！

やっぱり羊肉がたくさんですが

すごく柔らかくて

とっても美味しくてびっくり！

途中でシェフらしき人の

馬頭琴の演奏を楽しめます♪

北京ダックみたいな感じで

羊肉を巻いて食べるサンドです。

ものすごく美味しかったです！

おまかせコースは

かなり大量で、最後の方は

あんまり食べられませんでした><! 

でも優しい味のスープみたいなものだったと思います！

普通のレストランとは全然違って

おうちみたいにもてなしてくれる感じです⭐︎

お客さんもいっぱいでした⭐︎

馬頭琴の素晴らしい音楽も

すごく良かったですし、

いつもと違う感じの体験したい時に

良いと思います^^!

You would have very different experience in the restaurant

from many others...

The matouqin performance was really beautiful

and the food was great too!

⭐︎ Gender ⭐︎

最近、男女平等の社会参加に関するワークショップに出る機会がありました⭐︎

I had an opportunity to participate in the local community workshop 

to exchange opinions on gender equality⭐︎ 

Tuve una oportunidad de asistir al seminario para cambiar los opiniones 
sobre género igualdad.


男性も女性も、それぞれ自分の性別で良かったと思う点や、

社会の取り組みとか、理想的な環境等について、意見を交換することができて

面白かったです^^。

We talked about what each likes about his or her gender, social initiatives, 

ideal environment, etc, which was actually lot of fun^^.

Hablamos sobre lo qué a nos gusta sobre nuestro género, iniciativos sociales,
ambiente ideal, etc, que fue realmente muy divertido.


その中で、ある女性がこう言いました。

「私は子供の頃から、親に、"あなたは女の子なのだから、

勉強はあまりできなくてもいいの。でも家のことはできないとね”

と言われていました」


In the discussion, one lady said 

"My parents always told me that I did not have to study hard as I was a girl,

but I had to be able to do housework well". 

Entre nuestro discusión, una mujer dijo 

"Mis padres siempre me dijeron que no tenía que estudiar mucho por era una niña,

si no tuve que poder hacer el trabajo dela casa".



ちょっとびっくりしました。

It was a surprise to me... 

Fue una sorpresa para mi...


私は、一度もそのようなことを両親に言われたことがなかったからです。

おかげで（？）家のことがぜんぜんできない大人の女性になりましたが。。。^^;,

I had never been told such a thing by my parents in my life...

Thanks to that (?) I have gown up to be a woman who cannot do housework at all.....

Mis padres nunca lo había dicho a mi en mi vida..

Y gracias a eso, he sido una mujer que no puedo hacer las tareas domésticas..

女性はこうあるべき。
男性はこうあるべき。

Women should be like this.
Men should be like that. 

Mujeres deben ser como esto.
Hombres deben ser como esta.

日本人はこうあるべき。
社会人はこうあるべき。

Japanese people should behave in that way.
Adults should do this way. 

Japonés deben comportar en esta manera.
Adultos deben hacerlo como esta. 


自分はこうあるべき。

I should act in a certain way.
Yo debo actuar en la manera cierta. 


”あるべき”　っていうのがあると大変です。。。＞＜

"Should be" would be hard for me....

"Deber"  sería duro para mi... 



”私はこうしたい”　

という気持ちだけで生きてきてしまっているような気がしますが

周りにもいろいろ迷惑かけてるだろうな〜と気にしつつも、

でも、生きたいように生かせてもらえてるのは

何よりも幸せに感じます。


I feel that I have lived only with my desire "I want to do this" .

I know I might have caused some troubles to people around me from time to time,

but I feel the happiest being able to live as I want to live.

Siento que he vivido con mi deseo como "Quiero hacer esto".

Quizás mis comportamientos han causado algunos problemas o los otros,

pero siento feliz poder vivir como quiero.




とっても些細なことでも（”なに食べたい”でも）

やっぱり

”私はこうあるべき”　

じゃなくて、

”私はこうしたい！”

っていうことを、発見して

皆が実現できる社会になるといいのになぁ〜と

思いました⭐︎


I am hoping that we can make the society which lets us find 

"what I want",  not "what I should" in anything, 

even for small things, like "what I want to eat tonight..." 


Espero que podemos hacer una sociedad que nos hace buscar y encontrar

"lo que quiero", si no "lo que debo hacer" 

hasta por las cosas muy pequeñas, como "lo qué quiero comer esta noche..."

relocation of the restaurant.

An appetizer was already fantastic...

With Spanish omelet and gazpacho!

ハムの盛り合わせも素晴らしい♡

Assorted ham was all really great! 

いろんな種類のチーズが入ったサラダ

驚きの美味しさでした。

And salad with four kinds of cheese⭐︎

これは二度目！

今回もすっごく美味しかったです。

パエリアの麺バージョンのフィデウア。

大好きです^^。イカスミのは初めて！

I love fideuá and enjoyed the squid ink taste sooooo much! 

移転後の店内は、より広々として

ゆっくりできる感じです。

The reopened restaurant seems to have a larger space 

where you can enjoy relaxing time:-)

Da Hawaiian Plate (Kaula pork, Laulau, lomi salmon) 

The first time to eat Laulau after the experience in Hawaii! 

I was a kind of shocked at the first sight back then,

 but really enjoyed the taste...

美味しいハワイ料理だったら

ここがいいんじゃないかなぁと思います。

ランチもすごくいいです！

店員さんも親切でのんびり雰囲気です^^。

外国人にも人気のお店みたいで

ずっと英語が聞こえてました♪

I am quite confident that this place 

must be one of the best Hawaiian restaurants in 

Tokyo. Love lunch here too!

The waiters are so kind too, some speak only English;-).

Must be popular among foreign customers too.

I often hear English there...

La comida está muy bien también.

Los camareros son muy amables y 

el lugar tiene mucha tranquilidad....
