∞Habitude ∞

習慣とか慣行とは、恐ろしいものです。

Habitude or custom could be scary things!
¡Costumbre podría dar miedo!

気づけば何も考えずにやってる行動。

The behavior that you wouldn't even be conscious of... 
Comportamiento de que no serías consciente... 

疑問を持たず、ヘンだなー、とも思わず。

You wouldn't wonder about it nor feel strange about it. 
No preguntarías sobre eso ni sentirías extraño tampoco.

”隠蔽体質”だなんて言われちゃう企業文化も、
何かをわざと隠してる、なんて意識もなく、
単に不透明な文化が当たり前になってた会社ならではのことかも。

Company culture with nature of cover-up may be just so natural 
for the company where people don't even be aware that they keep scandals secret.

Una cultura de la empresa en la que asuntos se encubriendo podría ser muy natural 
para una empresa donde la gente no es consciente de que quedan los escándalos secretos. 

体罰が問題になってるスポーツ界も。
今となってはヒドイ行為と捉えられるようなことも
時代や背景によっては、別に普通のことだったのかねぇ。

Corporal punishment, which is obviously deemed so horrible today,
might have been just normal in certain eras or fields...

Castigo corporal, que es obviamente considerado horrible hoy el día,
hubiera sido muy común o normal en ciertas eras o campos...

女性の地位が極端に低くて過酷な扱いをされる国もある。

If you look around the world, some countries treat women in a terrible way.
En unos países en el mundo, mujeres son tratado muy mal.

そして、その自分たちの慣習しか知らなかったりすると、
それ自体に疑問も持たないんだなぁ。

And, if you don't know any other custom but yours, 
you wouldn't  even doubt it. 

Además, si no sabes ninguno otro costumbre si no solamente tuyo, 
no lo dudarías.

何が当たり前なのかって、それは国や文化、個人の性格や価値観によって
変わってくるものだとは思いますが、
自分で選んでいけるのなら、できるだけ良いもの選んでいきたいなぁ☆

Things that are taken for granted should be varied depend on culture, country, or characteristics or values of individuals.
But, if we can choose one,  I would love to choose only good ones!

Las cosas que se considerado normales deberían ser distintas
depende de cultura, país o carácter o valor de individuales. 
Sin embargo,  si se puede elegir uno, quiero elegir solamente unos muy buenos...

そのためには、いろいろな価値観とか考え方とか慣習とかを知ってみるのが
良いと思います^^。

But to be able to do so, it should be better to know diversified views, values or customs...♪

Pero, para poder hacerlo, debería ser mejor saber vistos, valores o costumbres distintos. 

自分だけとか、自分の街だけとか、自分の国だけでは
思いつかなかったり、遭遇しないようなやり方とか考え方が
世間には、世界には、いろいろあると思います。

New ideas or different ways of doing things should exist in the world,
which you yourself would've never thought of, or your town or your county would not provide with you. 

Ideas nuevas o maneras distintas deben existir en el mundo,
los que no sabrías ni pensarías por su mismo. 
O no lo encontraría en tu ciudad o país.  

そういうのを知って、その上で自分を知る。

Knowing all such things should make you know yourself even better. 
Sabiendo todas las cosas debería hacerte saber sobre ti mismo hasta mejor. 

いろいろ見たけど、やっぱり自分のやり方が一番良いみたい☆

って確認できればそれはいいし、

もっと他に良いものがあれば、
今の自分にないものがあれば、

柔軟に変わっていけばいいんだと思います☆

Well, after seeing lots of differences, you may recognize that  your own way should be the best, which is just as good♪.

Or, if you find something better or new to you, 
you could just be flexible to adopt it. 

Después mirando muchas diferencias, reconocerías que tu manera sea lo mejor,
¡que ya es muy bien!

O, si encontras also mejor o nuevo para ti, podrías ser flexible de adoptarlo. 

当然のこと、と思って常にやってる行動や考え方。

それがとても快適で、自信をもって良いものですって言えるように
常に他を見ながら自分を見つめていきたいものですわ^^。

Looking around myself, and looking at myself, 
I would like to keep evolving so that I can be proud of 
my behavior or way of thinking that I take for granted.

Mirando a mi alrededor, y mirando a mi misma, 
quiero seguir desarrollarme para que pueda sentir orgullosa sobre 
mi comportamiento o manera de pensar los que siento muy normal.

習慣とか慣行は、素晴らしいものにすることができるのです♪

Habitude or custom could be wonderful things!
