está listo de ofrecer la comida pedida previamente

aunque no sea en la carta!

決まったメニューだけじゃなくて

お客様の要望に応じて

お料理できちゃうなんて、

それだけの実力と、

お客様に対するサービス精神が

いっぱいあるから

できるんだろうね☺

He is willing to cook

to respond to customers' requests,

rather than just offering what is in the menu.

That must be possible only because

he has such a talent,

passion to the cuisine,

and hospitality to his customers☆
