so here made me even happier and excited＾＾！

最近語学そのものの上達法としても注目されている
“シャドウイング”は、聞きながら、同時に全く同じことを繰り返す練習。

"Shadowing" is a method of  practice to listen and repeat at the same time.
This method is getting more attention as training to improve the language itself as well.

"Shadowing" es uno de los para practicar escuchar y repetirlo al mismo tiempo.
Este método está llamando la atención como ejercicio para mejorar el idioma su mismo también.


スペイン語などの速い速度のニュースは、５分でも、とても長くてほんとうに大変(>_<)。

Spanish news program is so hard to practice even for five minutes as anchors speak so fast in general.

Programa de noticia española es muy duro de practicar hasta solamente por cinco minutos porque locutores hablan demasiado rapidamente en general.

もう何年も前から、英語の通訳訓練を開始した時から、そして仕事をし始めた後も、
常にこの訓練の重要性は認識して、なんども続けようってしたけど、
どうしてもやらない日が多くなってしまいます☹

I always knew how important this training is, and I tried many times to continue this.
But I could never continue for a very long time.

Pero, nunca podia hacerlo por largo plazo.


でも、特に語学のようなものは、何よりも続けることがモノをいいます☆
続けたもの勝ちだと思います。

However, for learning a language, just to continue practicing must work the best☆
I believe that those who just continue will win.

なので、絶対毎日できる程度の目標を設定してみよう☆と、
また気持ちを新たにしました＾＾。

So, I renewed my mind to set the target which is surely doable every single day

例えば、シャドウイングは1日1分でも、30秒でもいいからやります☆

I would say, I will commit to practice "shadowing" for one minute or even for 30 seconds without missing every single day.

Diría que voy a practicar "shadowing" por un minuto o hasta por 30 segundos sin falta cada día.

30秒のことをその日できなかった言い訳は、きっと絶対見つからないなぁ＾＾；。
そして、30秒でも、ゼロより、絶対絶対良いのです。

I am pretty sure that I won't find any excuse that I could not practice for 30 seconds on the day!
And, but, 30 seconds of practice will certainly better than none.

¡Estoy muy segura que no encontraré ninguna excusa de que no podía hacerlo por 30 segundos ese día!
Y, pero, 30 segundos de practica sin duda sera mucho mejor que nada.


新聞を、毎日全部読みたいけど、なかなかできないなぁ(>_<)。
でも、だったら冒頭の部分だけでも、それも無理ならタイトルだけでも、
絶対毎日できるレベルまで分解してでも、続けてみよう＾＾。

For another instance, I would want to read all the pages of newspaper every day, but that's pretty challenging too...
Then, maybe I could read only the introduction or even only headline, which must be doable every day☆

Entonces, quizás podría leer solamente el introducción o hasta justo encabezamiento, que será posible de hacer cada día.

Rather than trying to do so much only from time to time, but I will  do little bit but every single day.

No intentaré hacer mucho a veces, si no prometo que hacerlo un poco pero cada día sin falta.

特に語学はそういうものだから

Specially acquiring a language should work this way...

Especialmente, aprendiendo un idioma debería funcionar ese manera...


でも、だからこそ、“自分が毎日続けられる程度”を見極めて、それを必ず実現してみようかな♪

But for this reason, I should try to identify "the extent that I can continue every day" and execute it with no fail.

Por este razón, debería identificar "el nivel que puedo yo continuar cada día" y realizarlo sin falta.

あ、でも実はこういうことは語学だけじゃないかも。
実現したいことのために、達成できるまで続けられるペースで進むのが良いと思います☆

Well, maybe it should work not just for learning a language but for anything that you want to achieve.

Bueno, quizás debería funcionar no solamente para aprender un idioma si no para cualquiera cosa que quieres vencer.


語学の訓練みたいに、やったことは裏切らない。

But sometimes dream can be so nonsense and so illogical.

One theory says that dream talks about yourself.

But another says that dream is supposed to solve

real issues in daily life.

Dreams can be so real,
