犠牲者の数は増え、日本人の方もまたひとり、発見されています。
The earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The number of victims is increasing,
and more Japanese persons have been discovered.
Foreign people who lived in the peaceful town in Tohoku have been victims too.
Being in the different countries, they are suffering in just the same way.

si no en Christchurch, Nueva Zelanda.
Y más japonéses también estan sufriendo ahí.
Y más extranjeros aqui también estan sufriendo con demasiada inquietud.

東北関東大震災のことで、頭も心もいっぱいだけど、
向こうでも、同じ一人の人間が、同じ理由で、同じ想いを抱えています。
そしてそのご家族や大切な人は、きっともっと辛い。
And their families and loved ones are suffering even more.

この日本の、のどかな東北の地で生活をしていた
外国人の方も、とてつもない不安な気持ちに襲われています。
そしてそのご家族や大切な人は、きっともっと辛いです。
英語を勉強したくて、一年だけ留学したかった。
日本人に英語を教えてみたくて、日本語もよくわからないのに来てみた。
人生の中の、ほんの一瞬のときに
これほどの惨事が起こるなんて。
でも、あのときやっぱり行かないわけにはいかなかったでしょう。
英語圏で英語を勉強するのが夢だったから。
日本に来るのが、憧れだったんだから。
Everyone one of them, who have made the utmost effort to live their own lives,
to pursue their own dreams, wherever they are, whoever they are,
and whatever the nationality is,
their life is just as equally priceless and irreplaceable.

夢を実現して、一生懸命生きていた全ての人の
尊い命は、どこにいても、誰であっても、国籍がなんでも、
同じように、かけがえのないもの。
誰もが未経験のこの事態、一人じゃ大変すぎるけど、
今、皆の心は、ぜったいにひとつになっていると思います。
It doesn't matter who you are and where you are from.
This is the time that every one of us has to help each other.
I am very certain that all of us now are united so firmly to stand up to the hardship.

今、この瞬間も、命がけで発電所の現場で頑張ってくれている方、
途方に暮れるような瓦礫の中から、絶対に誰も見逃さない、って強い決意で
捜索を続けてくれている自衛隊や救援隊の方。
体を張って、頑張ってくれてる方々の、そのご家族や大切な人も、
大きな不安の中、きっと同じくらい頑張っています。
Right now, at this moment, those experts are working at the plant
at the risk of their lives.
The Self Defense Forces and relief crew are searching for people
with strong determination not to miss one single person ever.
They have their own family too.
En este momento, los expertos estan trabajando en la central nuclear
con riesgo de sus vidas.
Los Fuerzas Armadas de Autodefensa y los cuerpos ayuda interaciónal estan buscando a personas en los montónes de escombors con su voluntad muy fuerte.
Ellos también tienen sus familias y queridos.
団結できるのは日本の強さ、素晴らしさ、きっと他にはない財産です。
平時には、見過ごされがちのこの人間性、
こんなときだから、輝いてます。
こういう日本だから、大丈夫と、私は信じています。
そんな日本を、世界中が助けたい、って心から想っているんだ、と感じます。

that we will seize back our peace and life.
